  Im from Tn and we have similar dams where hurbid run. What is the technique you guys use? Are you bouncing it off bottom, or holding it in current.. Thanks for the vid yall killed it!

  Wipers can't reproduce so keeping them isn't a big deal cause theres just thousands more stocked by the game and wildlife, but I hate seeing them keep every single fish they catch knowing they ain't got any meat on it or they already have alot
