  Its. Avery toxic dept i head with 1st yr pg residents duty hrs everyday from 8 am to 8 pm and every 3rd, 4th day u have 36 hrs duty. They are as hectic as medicine or surgery dept. Mamc on the whole is a very shitty overhyped toxic insititute..overworked pgy1

  Sir, why do we want to intubate our patient (from case 2) (at 10:45 ). Why are we concerned about the airway? What is the logic? Is that because of altered sensorium or any other thing related to methanol toxicity or something else?
