  작고 얇은것 반복 만은 작업시 손가락 짤리뻔 해어요~ 반복으로 만은 작업을하니 의지와 다르게 손이 반복 연속으로 손이 나가 더군요~ 서두르는것도 위험해요~~~

  목공기계에서 안전은 아무리 강조해도 과하지 않은데, 특히 이런 부분을 강의해주셔서 정말 고맙습니다. 예전에 뉴스에, 목공을 배우는 곳에서 자동대패를 사용하던 초보 여자분이 옷이 말려들어가서 팔 전체가 *려버리는 사고가 있었다고 합니다. 정말 끔찍한데, 그런 경우에는 가르치는 분이 정말 잘못한거라고 생각합니다. 배우는 사람의 옷차림(바이림님의 다른 영상에 보면 옷차림에 해서도 나오더군요)이 제대로 되어 있지 않으면 기계를 절대 만지지 못하게 해야하는데 그런 관리를 소홀히 하니까 그런 사고가 생기는거같습니다. 그런 면에서 바이림님의 안전 강의는 정말 소중합니다.

  안녕하세요. 수압대패에 소매가 말리는 사고는 저도 들은바 있는데 자동대패에 옷이 말려들어갈 정도면.. 어휴.... 사고는 예상을 할 수 없기 때문에 피해를 최소화 할 수 있는 준비를 철저히 해야겠지요. 댓글 감사합니다.

  Sorry. A Windsor chair should never be made on a CNC machine. It must be rived, steamed and shaped with a draw knife. All the holes should be drilled with a brace and bit. It's not a Windsor chair unless it's been made by hand.

  Amazing. I see that there are multiple options. Some only have one large pivot screw where the vise connects to the height adjustment. This allows it to rotate. Is there a reason why for this one you used two?

  It is an early version that uses two bolts. If one bolt is used, it is not fixed and can rotate. So I inserted a silicone rubber ring in between. Prevents rotation and simplifies operation.

  amazing idea sand the wood then use your best hand tools on wood impregnated with grit wow people are so stupid. ps this is not windsor chair making this is a powertool attempt at real woodworking ie green wood working and ancient traditions. also glueing with wood glue is a silly idea as if the joints shrink you cant fix it you should use horse glue. i would suggest going and learning the real craft not this imitation method.

  톱에 부하를 주는 모든 요소를 없애야죠 씽크 재단 9년차인데 항상 톱은 아끼지 말고 연마 자주 맡겨 A급상태 유지하며 작업 전 톱밥 철저히 불어주기 초칠꼼꼼히하기 힘주는 위치 원리를 손감각으러 익히기 등 .. 또 하나 가장 중요한 것 은 모험은 하지 마세요 해본 적 없는 작업을 할때 이거 될까? 하는 순간 사고 많이 납니다 욕심 버리시고 주변 목공인분들께 물어보시고 되도록 첨 도전하는 것 은 같이하세요 원리를 모르고 힘주는 위치 자재의 억쎈 정도를 잘 알아야해요 저는 이제 슬슬 원목에 관심두는데 Mdf pb보드만 자르다가 원목을 자르려니 매 순간 순간이 새롭기도 하지만 원목이 너무 억쎄서 다시 초보로 돌아가듯 긴장많이되더라구요

  Hi 👋, That was a great sense of achievement, last year, I purchased a set of drawings and a DVD, On how to make this chair, and I’m hoping at some point next year, 2024, to attempt to make one or a pair, even, I have a big challenge before doing so, I have to lay 6 m³ of concrete and finish off doing the roof and doors on my workshop, I wish you all a happy New Year and a success for the future, Phil from the moulin France,

  수성바니쉬만 바르는거랑 오일을 바르고 수성 비니쉬를 바르는 거랑 어떤 결과물의 차이가 있나요? 바니쉬만으로도 덮히는데 오일을 바르고 바니쉬를 바르는게 어떤 차이나 어떤 결과물을 얻기 위한건지 궁금해서요

  컬러가 완전히 다릅니다. 오일위에 바니쉬는 오일 표면을 강화시키는 효과입니다. 하지만 오일을 완전히 경화 시킨후에 바니쉬 작업을 해야합니다. 오일이 조금이라도 덜마르면 하자의 원인이 됩니다.

  I am very impressed with your craftsmanship. My mother lives very close to where Sam Maloof’s house was moved to. His home is a museum now. I grew up in the same house my mom lives in now. Sam Maloof was and continues to be a big deal. I’m happy to see he has inspired so many around the world. I love that you formed the seat in the same way and took notice of the degrees of the seat. I know he did. Albeit you used a laser and I think he’d give an amused chuckle about that.

  고가의 마틴 대패로 5mm 깎는걸 봤습니다만, 일반적인 자동대패 (천만원 이하)는 떨림이나 휨을 잡지 못해서 어렵습니다. 목재 밑에 mdf나 다른 판재를 붙여서 가공하는 방법이 있습니다.
