  Hello! Try using 2 tsp baking soda and 2 tsp baking powder 🙂 if it still has the bitter taste try different baking soda brands

  I tried the recipe, but the middle is still liquidy after the 20 mins. Should I pop it back in the Air Fryer? How many minutes?

  You need to cool it down first. Then put in the fridge if you want. If still feel hesitant, before you cool it down, pop it back in the air fryer for 10/15min, 160 celcius. The you can cool it down.

  35 minutes for me. then let it rest and cool for about an hour. and then pop inside the fridge over night ;)
