This channel is about our daily life raising our 2 boys and our daughter who has Down Syndrome.
When we first found out about Eva's diagnosis we couldn't find many KZread channels from families in the same situation, which is why we decided to start this channel.
We are just a simple, average family sharing the joys (and sometimes the challenges) that raising a child with Down Syndrome have brought to our life!

We've been on this journey to Holland for twenty-two years now. Our oldest son with DS graduated from high school last month. We don't know what the future holds for him, but we trust God has a plan. We also adopted an infant boy with DS who is now sixteen! He has other challenges as he is on the Autism spectrum and is non-verbal. Life isn't always easy, but we trust in our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. One day at a time. God bless your precious family 🤗

Aw, thank you for sharing. My late sister who had down syndrome loved icecream so much; way more than cake. The candles on the icecream remind me so much of her.

Thank you!! Haha she loves it and she can be a pretty good shot. She also enjoys chasing them with water guns or the garden hose lol. Her aim is improving 😉😂
My niece was diagnosed with Rett syndrome on June 22nd, 2011. I am so very familiar with this poem. My sister and her family had to adjust to Holland. This is the first time I've watched your video, and my oxytocin is flowing. Beautiful.

How long have you gone to Germany for? I'm assuming it's more than just a week's holiday since her teachers gave her presents?
@@joannesimpson1490 We went for 5 weeks! The longest we've ever travelled away from home. Thankfully the teachers were super supportive and gave us work for that time. We were able to spend so much time with Ben's family and make some wonderful memories with them.
