Nice system, I have been running a similar system myself for the last 10 years something I build myself. As for ideas make an output on it that can turn on a relay for about 5 to 10 min that can turn on a garage light or a hallway light so you get to your vehicle and it will turn off automatically after 5 to 10 min.

This controller receives its activation signal from a connected voice/tone pager. When the pager receives an alert the pager activates this controller via sending a ground signal to trigger the devices connected. .

So the SA951 regardless of connected radios manufacture is capable of receiving two-tone transmissions from a dispatch console via conventional, DMR, NXDN or P25 modulation. The radio in the video is interfaced into our controller and the controller is decoding tones to activate the audio alerts and visual notification devices. The audio being decoded by the controller in this video is P25 Phase II and the SA951 decodes it without issue.

No. With proper programming there will never be any accidents. This unit really designed for alerting fire department and EMS personnel of incoming emergencies.

The SA504 can detect Two-Tone sets and then activate bells and or lights when matched tones are received. The 504 works by detecting Two-Tone sets programmed in to the controller. Where are this model now formally the SA303 or SA304 series only monitors for audio. When audio is detected it activates the alert controller.

Your wiring isn't that sophisticated or 'great' if you are actually interested in designing and marketing a real product, I'd start by custom building a board - PCBway is dirty cheap and borderline stupid easy... just sayin'...

I'm assuming you sell the relay boxes but I have one wired up but don't seem to be getting power from the amplifier base (using Minitor V w/ amp base). I even took reading from the back of the amp base it self and no power is coming out of DIN accessory port which is why my relay isn't tripping. I'm on the right pins/wires per the manual just don't get why multiple pages and bases aren't provided the power. Any suggestions?

The power to the relay is provided by comtroller we sell. Once their is an activation on the pager the power Is returned to our controller that will turn in turn activate a timed relay inside the controller. Once that is completed your lights or bells would activate. The amplified charger does not provide power out of the DIN directly.

We changed up our models to make them less confusing. The SA5 became the SA304. The 300 series are audio detect models. The 304 also allows a pager to be connected as a fail safe like the SA5.

I have a unication amplified charger when the pager is docked in the charger there’s no traffic coming over the speaker while the pager is in charger is there some kind of setting causing this or does it mean I have a defective charger

First I would verify that you are hearing audio when it’s not in the charger. Then if you are hearing audio from the pager you know the pagers working. If the pager is working place it back in the charger and make sure the pager is firmly seated in the charger and the indicator light turns red to indicate charging. Make sure the volume knob is turned up in the clockwise position. Ensure that there are no plugs in the audio port that may disable the amplified chargers internal speaker. If none of those work then it’s safe to say you may have a bad charger. 911 Systems LLC

The light looks weak, I’m guessing each LED chip is less than 1 watt each. Waste of money (IMO).

They are about 1.25 watts per LED chip. It’s a limitation of the Amplified Chargers relay. The internal relay is only rated for 750ma. To make the Home Alert Mini Affordable we do not use additional relays internally. Therefor this 400/500ma LED is ideal to use with this item and not overpower the internal relay of the amp charger. We could use some high powered Wheelen or Federal Signal LEDs and an internal relay but that would triple the price of the unit. Not to mention overwhelm a persons vision in a dark room. My opinion is that if this device is used as it is intended the light is plenty bright for a dark bedroom in the middle of the night when a volunteer gets a call.
