  POV : You were in your room, this was common, since you were in the room, you decided to get up and go to the mirror and admire your beautiful face, when you went to touch the mirror your hand ended up in another dimension and you were confused and surprise and decided to get even closer and when you completely left the mirror you were in a manhwa world, in your favorite manhwa and you started to appreciate what you saw in front of you, it was so magical (It didn't fix as well as I thought it would)

  I was diagnosed with cancer stage 4 when i was 15 at the time i didnt really realize what was going on now im 16 and im starting to think about what really happened how much this has destroyed my life and how much more difficult my life is and will be bcs of the cancer i need too do the 9 th grade again i will need to search new friends because eveyone is done but me. I guess im afraid of what will Happen im afraid that the cancer will come back im afraid i will find no friends im afraid people will look weird on me bcs i had cancer im afraid that i will get bad grades because cancer f cks up the brain a bit im afraid that i cant do p.e rlly because my condition got f cked up too im afraid i will waste my teenage years because of all of that i just want my old life back without worrys without doctor appointments often without the fear of cancer coming back and that i have to relive everything again im scared

  This song makes me think of all my hardships. Growing up in a toxic environment, having others make attempts on my life as a kid, to then living with someone who made it known he hates me - yet I survived. A town that hates people like me, hates people with any color to their skin, I'd get into fights often just protecting myself. To then be moved away, and going into highschool, be hit with an illness that was sapping away at my life. In the hospital every other week because I'd be throwing up food and water, and for the doctors to try and convince my parents over and over again that I'm faking it, that it's just an ED. Being yelled at constantly by my mom, hounded over finances and how my illness was costing them - that if I was faking, she'd ruin my life or end if it she could. Battling for 3 years, missing most of highschool (no friends, no proms/dances, hardly and rallys) and taking it day by day. I broke down infront of my GI doctor, telling her that either she shoves the camera down my throat or I'd find someone to do who isn't certified, because one way or another I'm getting answers. I proved to them I wasn't faking. a brutal infection had taken root in my stomach, and I was lucky it didn't get cancerous (yet). My mom never apologised, neither did the doctors. But I'm satisfied knowing that they at least know they were wrong about my condition, that they should've listened. Now I'm 21, and I'm disabled. Mental health is so messed up but I'm trying to make it through each day. Having schizoaffective disorder isn't easy, but I'm trying. I've survived so many things, and I'm not done. I will never be done. Don't give up either, if you're still reading this. Just like me, you're a survivor of the things that life has put you through. But you're not done surviving. You'll never be done. While that may sound tiring, it will get easier. Think of things this way; you are the result of every action you take in a day. Every little action you take, such as brushing your teeth, to the exercises you do, down to if you made your bed or not - that defines who you are for the day, and you as a person are a result of your actions. So if you don't like who you are, what actions can you take to change your perspective of yourself? Work out more, socialize more, practice a new method of self-care, what would you like to change? Even the smallest changes can have a big impact, you just need to decide what you want to change and when to start. ❤
