  My overall thoughts on his new plat: It's definitely an upgrade of what we've seen from UI he's not gonna be meta still of course but that's mainly because he's strike based and with the new modern unique gauges strike units suffer alot more. He's definitely better than before and hes finally tanking a decent amount of damage thanks to his new passives.

  I have a question about summoning, I've spent about 18k cc to try and get ultra goku black, do I have a better chance at getting him if I sit on the summon and spend the cc or does that not matter

  Doesn't matter it's all about luck you can get him in the first summon or you can use 85k cc and not get him (that happened to dbzoom)

  @sirrapsalot1247 well if your f2p I would recommend only summoning for really game changing characters Ike super 17 or golden frieza, or just save for anniversary like I am, however I do admit summon temptation is very strong

  It's not a bad plan whatsoever they weren't trying to make him overpowered they were trying to make him balance and a little more defensive the plat it's a lot better than other units plus but the problem is this unit is so outdated that almost a lot of other plus just seemed better

  Sorry but he is still not balanced in my eyes, he needs way more to be "balanced" no one at high rank would be inclined to use him, he's decent at best but they should've given him more considering this is the last buff he will get.
