  Thank you for the video. How do have a collection of content as one course? It seems every excel, video, PP is on it's own as a "course" - looks very messy. I want to put a series of videos and manuals together as one course. If you can please advise ?

  Hello! I know this is a video 2 years old but we're just now implementing VL in our organization, and as content manager with content stored in a SharePoint site I'm hoping you can help! We have everything set up, and VL is pulling the content in fine. But, I need to change the order of the library/folder content from left to right - meaning, the first 6 that appear within Teams by default. How is VL sorting the content displaying on that first screen, the first 6 items before a user then has to click "See all". Is it sorting alphabetically by a specific column, like "ContentTitle"? (although I've already tested and changing names doesn't seem to affect the order). I'm trying to understand what VL uses by default as the file sorting mechanism so that I can then mix things up initially for users to see before they have to click "See all". Thank you!

  How do you change the "view" as to how do you see the code. When I enter the aspx to edit I see all the code and now the interface you have wich is easier to edit

  I receive a weekly PDF email from my Church with the program for the Service. It is the one and only document that does NOT print correctly. It prints out in like a 80 font size! I export it to Word where I can reduce the font size. I also try to edit...as there are lots of places to either delete a sentence or to reduce space between paragraphs, etc. I do that...but the print out does NOT match what I see on the screen. I have discovered 'web view' and 'print view' and there shows the difference. Again: this is the only document where this happens. I found an option to choose to 'print' the Web view, but it did nothing. It is meant to be printed 8.5 x 11....yet I see 11 x 20 the automatic size when I open the document and I always change that size. I use 11 x 20 for nothing, so am puzzled why that is there. Any suggestions?

  My questions will always reveal my low level of competence with computers ! I recently switched from Windows to a mini Mac. I already owned Office 365 so that was 'transferred over'. So: Is my 365 different then than the mac version of 365?

  My SharePoint just don't show up in Viva Learning. When i go in to Viva Learning, I can see my organization but it disappear after 2 second. I have tried reconfigure but still having the same result. Wonder is this thing ever function properly

  Finally a tutorial that broke my deadlock. I wasn't able to connect SharePoint to Viva Learning, but now I saw that you needed a separate site and what part of the URL to copy. Now it worked like a charm. Thanks a heap!

  We use a knowledge base platform for sharing employee guides. Do you know how much flexibility there is to integrate with 3rd party sources like this? Would the KB platform have to build the integration?

  We don't work for Microsoft. We're an independent software vendor. Having said that, we have experienced similar issues and feedback has been provided back to Microsoft. But no idea if they are going to fix this soon or not 😞

  Can we set a thumbnail image on our videos? When I upload my videos to SharePoint, it only shows a play button image in MS Teams.

  Unfortunately no way to set a thumbnail. This feedback has been provided to Microsoft as well.

  Thanks for this demo. In general the great advantages of having a LMS is that as an organization, you are able to push or promote learning content to groups of workers. Is this feature well covered in Viva Learning and is it possible to for example track progress of workers on this content?

  Viva learning is a container that shows content that you have access to from other sources. It needs integration with a learning management system to be able to assign and track courses.

  Great video Asif. I have gained a better understanding of MS learning pathways. Would you know of any good hosted solution for that offers a self learning user training journey for M365 with certification for the end user?. Learning pathway would have been great but doesn't appear to offer that training journey. Any recommendations would be appreciated. Thank you.

  We don't believe there is a way to show different languages in the learning pathways web part. That's the reason we made our own VisualSP web part to deploy to SharePoint and configure it the way you want to show learning pathways content in whichever language : kzread.info/dash/bejne/hoqGxtOKerLLeqQ.html
