Nerd alert - London is 6 hours ahead of NYC. Concord flight time from NYC to London is 3 hours. For Boy George to arrive in the studio at 6 pm London time, he would have had to depart Kennedy airport no later than 9 am NYC time. So George *was* on the morning flight after all.

Where was Elvis Costello, one of my personal favorite musicians of any era and all the rage in the '80s? I would ask about Freddie Mercury and the other brilliant lads in Queen, but I think someone stated below that they were on tour far away during the recording session.

Actually, I would be pleased to see anyone involved ... hopefully most of them will still be alive and well. 🤞
