I believe the lyrics with Alex Terrible are Never gonna let them get the most of what they'll have to resurrect Su1c1de Do or die Hesitate Men Die (What it sounds like to many. I kind of here Never die) I don't give a f*ck, this disgrace to God Never gonna let them get the most of what they'll have to resurrect Don't give a f*ck, this disgrace to God They purposefully left the lyrics out of the end. Alex himself said it's a secret. And yes, Ronnie Mercury is amazing :)

Nope….no personal reaction from Eminem as yet, even 2 years later. His record company gave Kasey permission to record and release this but it is really sad that we haven’t heard from Em himself. 😢

Our Kasey…..I have been following her and her family (Bill, Nash and Kasey in particular) for almost 40 years and they are all amazing. Kasey is an Aussie music icon who has been slogging her guts out since she was a child, firstly performing in the family band (Dead Ringer Band) then going on to a solo career which was initially bagged, despite great feedback on her first album “The Captain” and taking out the ARIA for best album and the following year taking out Best Female Artist for the title track of the album. Unfortunately the industry let Kasey down quite a bit as she was a folk/country (i.e. not pop) singer with a very unique voice and look and therefore deemed “too different”….hence the song “Not Pretty Enough”. She went on to become the youngest ever ARIA Hall of Fame recipient but still struggling career wise. Kasey is a woman to be admired…A woman who has never, ever given up on her music, who loves Eminem, and who spent the Covid lockdowns reinventing her favourite songs and this song is one of the results. I think that if Kasey had just recorded and released this it wouldn’t have had the impact that it has had from reactors over the last 2 years. Kasey is show stopping pretty much every single time she steps on that stage in her live performances! ❤❤ Thank you for your wonderful reaction to this…you completely get where Kasey is coming from and we can see that your appreciation is wholehearted. ❤

To continue… I am also a big Eminem fan, and have to say that this performance this is a testament to Marshall’s brilliant songwriting ability and to Kasey’s brilliant musical creativity and vocals…and much as I love Eminem’s original version….sorry Em, but the original has been kicked to the curb….this is Kasey’s song now! 😂❤

He literally has about 100 songs you would love. This is a scene from a movie by the same name. Color was used instead of black and white depending on the movie or tv budget. It took until around 63 or 64 till everything was made in color. ELVIS is definitely the King of Rock and Roll. Believe it or not, he was shy. You should see the movie "VIVA LAS VEGAS".

Gurl, I watched the Elvis movie recently and have become an obsessed Elvis fan myself. I mean, I knew who he was in the abstract, but had no idea what he went through. Great reaction, btw. Here’s a fun one to react to…it’s the opening scene from and an Elvis movie, King Creole, singing a song called Crawfish. Dunno how he was able to make a song about crawfish sound sultry but he did. If there’s one movie you need to see from Elvis, it’s this one, King Creole. I just rented it off Amazon last week. It’s said to be his best film. kzread.info/dash/bejne/lIWDzsmRkbaqqZs.htmlsi=1Vr_l76bdv68cVtZ

I’ve always loved American music; the gospel, the blues, the bluegrass (with caveats), a little bit of country, the jazz, jazz blues my fav, jazz pop, jazz rock - I even used to like fusion jazz. Big bands, brass bands and all the stuff cool New Yorkers do as well. But even for the music that wasn’t for me - until Oliver, I’d never heard anything before this that sounded so utterly contrived and fake. I will excuse the host - I’ve never seen any host bold enough to damn it but with you being so effusive, I just found and loved you but can’t subscribe sorry. I’m not on reddit, but it was because of this song that I found a goldmine of info about the voting public and some of the answers as to why this song, presuming they aren’t all right wing bots, is so popular on YT. Some people know very little about music or politics so that someone with a fake name, a fake working history, a man that is cheered on by the right wing but tells the left wing media what they want - anyway I’m not sure if it worked for Oliver wherever he is now, but it worked for those who want us to give up on democracy. To not look at the facts and how sturdy healthy visionary government can help people. Please America, check the US stats, best since LBJ and best in the world, before you go and shoot yourself in the foot later this year. And I’ll keep looking at those reddits to see if anyone like me thinks that Steve Bannon wrote this song.

The gentleman to the left of the stage, playing the slide guitar is Kasey's father Bill; Kasey before going solo sang with her father mother Diane and brother Nash in Dead Ringer Band, a family group between 1992 and 1998. I would like to recommend you react to two of Kasey's own songs; the first is her 2001 hit single Not Pretty Enough, and the second is her 2017 hit single Ain't No Little Girl.

(new sub) You should be delving into the documentaries & Elvis' press conferences & interviews to know who he was, & read Sally Hoedel's book "Destined to Die Young." First thing to know is that Elvis inherited a # of genetic conditions due to his maternal grandparents being first cousins It's almost certain that he inherited A-1 antitrypsin causing COPD/emphysema causing-more & more difficulty breathing as the yrs. passed, & liver issues, & a twisted colon + various other health problems; he had painful glaucoma which was made worse by the mega bright house & stage lights, had emergency eye surgery & one of "the guys" said he would have been blind had he lived longer. Regards not having anyone "protecting him" isn't quite correct -- Elvis did things his way & NO one was able to help or change his mind -- it was tried but he would not listen to anyone if he didn't want to. He also had quite the temper & would apologize shortly after. There's 3 worlds worth of information, some of it wrong & bad information which can be difficult to sort out. There is just no end to the information about him -- his personal life, his stage life, rehearsal videos, the hundreds of charities he gave to, & on & on. Videos -- "King Of Kindness," "A Generous Heart," "Elvis Presley & The Black Community - That Echo Will Never Die" (in 2 parts). RECOMMEND Madison Square Garden press conference 1972 at kzread.info/dash/bejne/apymr7WBf8rbj7w.html & Houston press conference 1970 at kzread.info/dash/bejne/apymr7WBf8rbj7w.html to know how great he was at dealing w-the press. If you liked this rehearsed, choreographed version for the film you will like the OTHER "Jailhouse Rock" from his '68 Comeback Special at kzread.info/dash/bejne/amuCmLOaYKede7w.html -- it's Elvis unleashed, doing what he did best in 2 piece black leather.

Welcome to the world of Kasey Chambers. One of Australia's top Country/Blues artists. Youngest Country artist to ever be inducted into our Record Industries Hall of Fame. Over a dozen albums under her belt. Every now and them she strays out of her wheelhouse and slays another genre's song. Her ability to portray emotion has endeared her to a generation of fans.
