  I remember when they were about starting this project they came on television and spoke all the nice english as if they were going to complete the project the following year but how many years since it has stalled? such a kill joy

  Meant government should bail them out this, the la beach towers n the revolving tower at airport city. It won’t cost more than $80m. That could b government equity in it

  Massive amounts of money must have gone into the initial phase of the project. And the misunderstanding among the partners is so deep that they are willing to lose their money? The project area is becoming an eyesore from the point of view of urban planning and beauty.

  not sure , but rumors point in a miss understanding between the different partners. such a shame because that building was a head of its time. The layout is also amazing , stay notified to see it when it drops.

  Ghanaians with their uncompleted projects.. there are so many in the country. Why is it becoming a norm in Ghana?. One uncompleted building at the airport city, one at Oxford Street (where the shoprite is located), LA Beach tower, one next to the Oxford Street round. Actually, there are many of them
