  I mean technically if they hit you first then you can go out of your way to attack back as you are in the right to defend yourself and you won't get in trouble for doing so if your opponent lands the first hit

  1l being Jacky, Carl, or dyna would let you pick up gems since you’d have a form of license 2. You should be able to fight back if you are low health because of self defense 3. Using eve’s jump gadget, you could deal damage because the child committed the crime 4. You shouldn’t be able to hit Nita’s bear at all for animal abuse
