    @@Fazinsis the driving test in the states hard compared to the uk.

  • @Fazins
    @Fazins Жыл бұрын

    @Adam Leeding Depending on the country, I'd say no. Each one of our 50 states handled their driving tests differently, for florida, they have 1 year of practice with a certain amount of hours they are required to log in order to get to their test, or they can opt to go to a driving school, and by the time they have completed their school, they qualify for their license automatically from a year from when they got their permit. Unless they are over 18, they can then go to driving school and get their license as soon as the class is done. Overall, I do not think the US test is harder, from what I have learned, are very easy.

    Cutting you off when his flashing lights are on? How’s that cutting you off? You need to give him the right of way it’s the law.

  • @Fazins
    @Fazins4 жыл бұрын

    In Connecticut the police have those lights flashing anytime they are moving, look it up. I don't care if he had those lights and his emergency lights on, he cut over so close had I sped up I would have pit maneuverd him. You are supposed to leave enough room in front of a semi, that the semi driver can see you. What you fail to also understand is the dash cam is set so high on my windshield and like 4 feet in front of my actual eyes, so the camera can see way better than the driver. I never even seen him till he sped up. Now had he even in an emergency, he would have also had his emergency lights on and siren, so I would have been warned.

  • @SultanDrums
    @SultanDrums4 жыл бұрын

    weFazin weFazin I live in Connecticut, the police DO NOT have their lights flashing ANYTIME they are moving. I don’t know what part of the internet you looked that up from but that is absolutely false. Do you think an ambulance that’s responding to your loved one dying, which every second mattered is going to try to measure how much room they have between you two? I’m not saying his was a life or death call but understand that when it’s an emergency and the lights are illuminated have some common sense and open the path for emergency vehicles responding. I get that your camera angle was higher, but as a truck driver you should always be aware of your surroundings that’s really driving 101.

  • @Fazins
    @Fazins4 жыл бұрын

    @@SultanDrums seeing as you were too lazy to look it up, from what I read up on, police can choose to run with their cruise or ally lights on, which is what I have seen over my 15 years of driving truck within your state. But again it's a choice to run that way. I've just always seen them running around with either their ally lights on or cruise lights on. It started when they took those State Police lighted signs off the hood. I've probably driven more miles backwards than you have forward within your state.

  • @Fazins
    @Fazins4 жыл бұрын

    @@SultanDrums and as I've said before, I did not see him at all, had he had his sirens on, I could have heard him and yielded to him. You sound like one of those asshats that think because a big truck is so big, we can see better then the 4 wheelers. If you ever get a chance to get to a truck show, go find a car hauler, ask to see what it's like in tbe cab, lower the seat all the way and you can see for yourself how it is. I have another video of a guy I almost tossed into the wall because I could not see him, but yeah you keep being that Internet warrior you have grown up to be and police people on how they should have common sense yielding to emergency vehicles, when you have no clue what it's like for us. Be proud, you have done a good job to the American people today.

  • @SultanDrums
    @SultanDrums4 жыл бұрын

    weFazin well first you say they have their lights FLASHING every time they’re driving but now you’re telling me they have their cruise which are “service” lights illuminated while they’re in service. Yes that is the case, when they’re driving and in service they will have their service lights on, BUT not flashing. So you just either worded that wrong or again you just spoke out your ass. Also sure I’ll go and check out a truck show or whatever you said but why in the world would I lower my seat all the way down and then try to operate a huge trailer that way??? You need to be able to see in front of you and adjust your seat to that, don’t just say stuff to attempt to make a pathetic point. Anyways, it’s funny you say keyboard warrior bla bla driving more miles than me so and so, what ticks me off is people like you who are so quick to blame police officers for everything. That’s my point. People like you never find any fault in your actions, but it’s always the officers fault.

    HA ! You fooled me with the old Chrysler key fob. I thought to myself “brand new “?? Then you handed him the current Chrysler keyfob 😂. What engine does he have ? And options I thought you were gonna show the inside.

  • @Fazins
    @Fazins4 жыл бұрын

    Well my son said he liked how his mom's Durango looked all blacked out so this one is a Latitude Plus FWD with the Altitude Package and the Midnight package so it's blacked out. Engine is the small 2.4 I4. About the only other option I wanted was the keyless entry. One thing I have to say is the headlights on this thing blow away any other car we have. It has LED Low/High and Fog lights and wow do they look amazing at night. I want my kids to be safe but don't see the need to get them every option out there. My daughter's 200 was just lucky, they wanted to get rid of them so she was lucky. But the Jeep is pretty standard aside from the black out package. I did have inside footage but I didn't like the quality of the video. If like to start making more videos but lack the knowledge of how to do that lol.

    weFazin what size is the UConnect. And I’m surprised this one isn’t a v6 or turbo 4 considering most of the ones I’ve looked at are at least v6. I didn’t know they made the blacked out version sigh the 2.4. The headlights on this are amazing. Standard LED headlights on every trim ! I’m glad you guys love chrysler.

  • @Fazins
    @Fazins4 жыл бұрын

    @@Natethegreat200c, it's the Uconnect 4 with 7inch Display and the black out package is the Customer Preferred package 2BN also has the CPP 2TN. I didn't want to get him the turbo or the V6. I mean if I was buying one for myself I would have. But all three of the cars I've bought for my kids have been the 4 cylinders.

    I've watched a few of these now and it amazes me how many kids get a car, new or otherwise, from their parents. Back when I was ready for my first car in 1975 I had worked summers for 3 years for less than $2 and hour, saved birthday and graduation money. I wanted a 1967 Camaro, had saved around $1,500 and talked the guy down to under a grand. The old man said no I found one for you. A friend of his had a 1972 Vega GT for $1,200, nice first car, BUT two months after I bought it it was recalled to have the aluminum engine block replaced, I was without it for about a month. Hope these kids realize how lucky they are and what great parents they have.

  • @Fazins
    @Fazins5 жыл бұрын

    I did the same as you, I had to earn my own car, worked since I was 13 and have never stopped working. In my own case, I made a deal with all of my kids (4) this is my second daughter, the first daughter also received a new car, but I told them if they keep their grades up, and do a sport or even an instrument, I'd buy them a car. My oldest daughter ended up landing a full ride 6 year doctorates program due to her high grades and elite soccer skills. The second daughter did just as well with sports, not as good as her sister for grades, did get some offers but decided she didn't want to do sports in college and will be going to nursing school instead. So I feel like the trade off, has so far been work it. I am very strict with my kids and I do expect a lot from them, but so far they haven't let me down. Very proud of them. The flip side is their cars is I do not have to worry about a breakdown, they ha e full warranty with towing and rental car allowance it's one less thing I have to be stressed about.

    Now I will say these cars have a 9 speed so the Jeep renegade should have the same problem (depending on the year and date it was made ) the transmission uses gears called “dog clutches “ and they take longer to engage and disengage (up shifting and ESPECIALLY downshifting) “the downshifting is the hesitation “ when I put my foot down their is a very bad lag almost a stalling feeling.if you look this up every car with the ZF 9 speed had that issue from Honda/Acura, jaguar/land-Range Rover, And chrysler.

  • @Natethegreat200c
    @Natethegreat200c5 жыл бұрын

    If it continues take it to chrysler and ask about a “Transmission PCM TCM And quick learn update for the transmission “ it’s a software update. if they claim they don’t know what it is pull out the forums and online research for the updates. This will help make it less unresponsive.

    Got my G1 in Canada last March on my birthday and test was so damn easy. Few days after I got my license my dad took me for a long drive in the country and a little bit in the city. He said I was fantastic. Then throughout the summer I would do more driving and then once school started back up I wouldn’t have time to even drive. It is Jan 1st 2019 now and I drove all around my city (so much traffic) just a few days ago. My dad says that I am almost ready to go for my G2 which is a status that lets you drive by yourself. I will be able to take my test in March and to be honest I think I will be ready. All I have to do is just practice parallel parking and just regular parking. Wish me luck this March!
