Everyone needs a friend like Brad (Scott Baio). Always loved him in movies and Chachi Loves Joanie and Happy Days etc. I watch him today 2024, on his KZread channel. He is a good guy and love his views on things. Great Movie.

I remember being a teenager in the late 70's early 80's and watching Solid Gold early on saturday evening on ABC. Then it was time to get ready to head out for the evening to the Arcade, movie, or skating rink, or ride around and hang out on the parking lots and have a great time with friends. Such a great time to live.

The only people who told the truth about how good or bad some movies could be. RIP to both. I agreed I never found Porky's funny at all. Kim Catralls vagina was the only good thing in that movie.

I will go to my grave defending HALLOWEEN III. Sure, it has enormous plot holes, but just think...what IF the sinister plot of that movie actually came to fruition. To me, that's true horror.

Normally I was a big fan of Gene Siskel and Roger Ebert (May they both R.I.P.), ever since their show _Sneak Previews_ aired on PBS. I generally respected their opinions on films. However, I feel that Roger was way off base here regarding his review of Porky's. In short, he viewed the shenanigans depicted in the movie through a mature and progressive lens, when it is clear that the film's teenage characters were neither mature nor progressive, but were immature, horny youngsters doing stupid things during a not so progressive era.

Bullshit. Drill Sergeants weren't this nice. 😆😆 To all those wondering why a Private got promoted to Sergeant so quickly, this commercial represents Basic Training. Each squad in the platoon is appointed a squad leader complete with faux sergeant stripes.

I want to go back and live it all over again. The 70’s and 80’s were the best years of my life. We had the best music that had meaning and the best TV shows and special back then and lived in the last of the best decades in America..it was the party of a life time and we lived it well. We had great shows like, Falcon Crest, Dallas, Knots Landing, Dynasty,The Waltons, Little House on the Prairie, ALF, The Six Million dollar man, The Dukes of Hazard, BJ and the Bear, Air Wolf, Battle Star Galactica! Knight Rider and for the first time ever the motion pictures of, Star Wars, Star Trek, Superman, Spider Man, Close Encounters of the third kind, E.T., Poltergeist, Jaws, Friday the 13th, Aliens, (No not the ones being aloud to just walk into our country right now in 2024), Predator and many more… We also celebrated the bicentennial in the 70’s when the entire country celebrated it from Apr 1, 1975 - Jul 4, 1976. It was like the 4th of July every day. It was fantastic!.…it was such a better time to be alive in this county. We never had the problems that are here today. It was unheard of for kids being shot and men walking around dressed as women. It was the best years of my life, It was the last of America and we were lucky to have experienced it.

I miss the 80's and early 90's really bad. In less than two months, I'm hitting the half century mark and will confirm to the world that the universe was so much better in the 80's and early 90's. God I want to go back.

Bobby Rivers was fun. I watched vh1 when I was young. I remember Bobby, Tim, Roger, and Rosie. Kathleen in the breaks. The music shaped my musical tastes before I turned 10, and finding old clips like these are rare. Thank you for posting these vidchecks. Add more if you can. 🙂 Rest in peace, Bobby.
