  RLS - Magnesium. It'll stop those crazy legs and leg cramps. I take 500 MG daily but start small to find what works best for you.

  I had RLS for years. I tried everything that anyone told me. Well, this is hard to believe, but a bar of soap worked. Open the packaging and place it directly on your mattress (near your feet or calf area would be). Then, put your fitted sheet over the mattress. The soap should now be between the mattress & fitted sheet. When I go to bed, I kind of move it around with my feet to get it either between my feet or higher up to my calves. I only have changed the bar of soap maybe once a year. I use Ivory or Dove for this, but I’ve heard any bar will work. Try it at least a week and you will definitely notice a difference. I even travel with soap for this reason. I’ve been doing this over 8 years now. A 91 year old lady told me about this. Thanks for all your videos.

  Try dragging super-thin filaments of the black pupal into the colored iris just once. You may find that it gives them a new level of realism. If you look at pictures of lizard eyes, they often have several different color variations between the pupal and the iris too.

  Hi Rachel! We love owls also! We have a mating pair of Bart owls that live in my neighbors' huge oak tree. They are beautiful and we love whenever they communicate!! It is awesome! Your work is beautiful!!! I l8ve the watercolors!! We live in Orange Park, Florida USA.

  Wow! so pretty love this. Can I suggest Cherry Juice for sleep aid. I too have sleepless nights and I have been using bottled NZ Cherry Juice and it seems to help. Although when its a full moon, not so good 😊

  Love this - so creative! The top of the moon sticking up reminds me of a shark fin. Maybe you can create a shark rock where the shark is submerged with just the fin sticking out of the water? Just a thought from a shark fan.
