  No since there is 4 load cells. The indicators only have room for 1 connection. You can connect one load cells directly to indicator but that is all. Other option would be to buy OP903 which has 4 5 pin connectors and attach a 5 pin connector to each load cell and connect that to each port of 903. Thanks, Anthony

  If your readout is older than 2-3 years old there might be a problem with the readout. You might need to replace. We discontinued the OP902 and replaced with OP909JR.   Only way to check is add voltage over red and black and measure output resistance as weight is being added.

  for windows, the program used was Putty, this also works on linux, where the port(s) are /dev/tty.... e.g. ttyACM0, ttyUSB0 the linux user (not root) might need to be part of the dialout group, do the following in a terminal (need sudo rights) sudo adduser $USER dialout (where $USER points to the current logged in active user, or replace it with your logon name )

  You can use a 12 port junction box. We only have 10 ports here. Second option is to use to SECTIONAL junction boxes for example 2 8 port junction boxes where 1 goes into into to the input of the other junction box. Diagram would be readout -> junction box 1 (4 load cells) -> junction box 2 (8 load cells).

  Hey man, great videos. I do have a question about error 3 and 4 for the 900b ex. As well as when a scale head is powered on and just has dashes and won’t let me do anything.

  error 3 is input signal is negative. This usually happens when the green and white wires are swap and giving a negative signal. You can check the C15 setting to see how it responds to weight. The video on the channel called how to fix a floor scale explains more about this. error 4 happens when weight is unstable. Usually customers put too many decimals that their scale can't handle. Try to use less decimals and try out. If it still happens then probably damaged cable to readout. Check C15 setting as well. I haven't seen the dashes probably overload or short in cable. Try to go into settings and recalibrate. email: [email protected] for any specific questions you have.

  These are reachable. Same as a phone they are not meant to be replaced. These batteries should last from 3-5 years depending on how often they are used. Anthony

  Calibration is stored on the indicator. Load cell is just a sensor. If you take the calibrated indicator and switch load cells to a different load cell of same capacity it will weigh the same.

  I was wondering if you can help with my scales , my scales were send out and working from who sent them but upon receiving them they didn't work, I pulled them apart to find what looks like a wire soldered in wrong spot could this be why they say unstable

  You can watch my video on how to fix a floor scale for a more detailed answered. kzread.info/dash/bejne/qZeOuaV_YLW0Ybg.html It could be wire in the wrong location, maybe needs to be recalibrated or bad load cell. Only way to tell is making sure all wiring is correct and tight and recalibrate. If there is water in the junction box then that will cause fluctuating weight. You will need to replace that junction box. You can email [email protected] for junction box replacement or if you find a bad load cell. Thanks, Anthony

  Happens when weight is not stable. Make sure your test weight isn't moving. If it is not moving then check the wiring in the junction box in the platform. It could be 1 wire loose. Watch my how to fix a floor scale video on more details. Thanks, Anthony

  Check the green and white wires and check that ohm reading. Then Green and black should be around the same. Load cells usually don't go bad. Try to rewire and check the C15 setting. Check out how to fix a floor scale video for more details. Thanks, Anthony

  Green+Red and Green+Black should be between maybe 5-50 ohms difference depending on the load cell. If you have the spec sheet or model number I can help determine what the ohm value should be.
