  hello guys I want to ask, I bought an Asus Tuff laptop and installed minecraft, the specs are i7 gen 13 and RTX 4060, why does it lag when I use shaders, the name of the shader is BSL, and version 1.20.4, how do I fix it?

  check if the laptop is overheating and on shader options try to tweak them until the fps is stable, it could also be related to your ram, (assuming you have 8, if you have 16 it shouldnt be happening) also try to play optifine if you arent already, as it significantly boosts your fps
