The relocation department at Sun Lawyers has answered your question and the answer is no. The golden visa can be applied on the value of the purchase price that appears on the tittle deeds, without taxes and free of mortgage. Inheritances and donations are not allowed as well. Yes, there is a golf course near Moraira. Ifach Golf Club is a nine hole course, situated between Moraira and Calpe, overlooking the Peñon Ifach with fantastic sea views. You know when it rains, it rains! :) Jávea enjoys more than 2,800 hours of sunshine each year with an average annual temperature of 19.3 degrees Celsius. Hi Matthew! The weather is usually great at the end of April. It will most likely be sunny and temperatures will be in the mid twenties around noon. Lovely time of the year. I like July as well, because I like the warm weather. In July you can count on temperatures around 30 degrees midday. Wonderful! :) Enjoy your trip to Javea!
