I love this song and it kind of annoys me that Paul Di’Anno and Clive Burr were never given any credit for writing this song one Saturday night at Walthamstow dogs for a bet. I remember Paul being completely pissed that night and Clive gave it on a betting slip to Steve. Steve being Steve to be fair tided it up and found a better tempo but in the early days he and the puppet manager ruled the roost to much. Maiden back in the day were a better watch live than later on as had more energy. Clive was a wonderful guy and drummer and Dennis Stratton could make a guitar bleed. Sorry as nothing against the new members but I’m old and legends never die.
I must say when this album first came out I didn't know what to expect. It certainly was not a disappointment. Good job NA.
