So if an input data point has 3 input features then do we have basis function for each feature (i.e., three gaussian function one for each feature)? and if yes, what will be by mean and standard deviation of each gaussian?

Cooles Video, danke! Ich nutze die Juggernaut app für Trainingsplanung + kombiniere dazu sporadische Sessions mit einem Coach für technische Aspekte, wo wir dann auch entsprechende Aenderungen vornehmen (bspw. Programm schlägt Pause Squats vor, Coach meint für meine Schwäche wären Pin Squats noch besser, tausche ich also aus). Für mich funktioniert es gut. Aber ich denke es braucht dafür auch die Persönlichkeit. Ich würde sagen, dass ich genug Information und Wissen habe, dass ich mein eigenes Training planen könnte... möchte ich aber nicht. Gleichzeitig bin ich eigentlich ganz glücklich unabhängig und nicht so scharf auf den sozialen Aspekt eines richtigen Coachings und kann mir ganz gut und ehrlich selbst Feedback geben. Was das Volumen betrifft - ich habe den Eindruck, das ist mit der App besser geworden als zuvor durch die Anpassung auf RPE-Basis von Satz zu Satz. Ich fand es vorher auch sehr hart, nach 1x10@10 noch 5x10 mit einem fixen Gewicht zu machen - jetzt passt es das Gewicht ja an bzw. bricht die Backoffs sogar ab, wenn deren RPE zu hoch wird. Aehnlich am Anfang von strength blocks, wenn die Backoffs dabei RPE 5 sind, wird das Gewicht nach oben angepasst. Ich bin jedenfalls auch gespannt, was noch kommt mit Technologie. Videoanalyse-App verwende ich eine, wobei soweit ich gehört habe, die im Vergleich zu Velocity Trackern noch eher ungenau sind - da gibt es also noch was zu tun :)

AI muss ja keinen Trainingsplan erstellen, aber individuell die "optimale" Frequenz, das "optimale" Volumen und die "optimale" Intensität herauszufinden wäre schon hilfreich!

Wenn das System nur auf if then else Statements besteht, spricht man dann wirklich noch von AI? Finde AI als Bezeichnung dafür nicht gerechtfertigt... mit Intelligenz hat das nämlich nichts zu tun.

😂😂 Es ist sowieso total fragwürdig was "intelligent" genannt werden kann und was nicht, das ist auch eine riesige, und nicht final beantwortete, frage. Aber im Kontext von ai gibt es halt Techniken die zu "ai technique" zählen bzw commonly so genannt werden :) Intelligenz im Sinne von ähnlich wie ein Mensch hat aktuell keine ai. Aber intelligenz im Sinne von unbekannte / neue Aufgaben lösen, das auf jeden Fall schon.

hast du die app oder die spreadsheet variante genommen? wegen dem volumen: wenn man wahrheitsgemäß die wochenzusammenfassung eingibt, regelt sich das innerhalb der ersten 2 - 3 wochen zu dem volumen, das man wirklich verträgt ;) ich nutze die app tatsächlich, um mir ne generelle guideline für mein training geben zu lassen, aber ich stimme dir zu: ai ersetzt keinen coach. ein athlet, der einfach nur sport machen möchte und sich nicht mit der materie auskennt, wird mit der ai recht wenig anfangen können.

Beides angeguckt und beziehe mich auch auf beides, wobei die Screenshots aus der App sind Da sind viele Reviews anderer Meinung.. Klar, es wird angepasst, aber wohl dennoch nicht wirklich passend (zumindest für einige, für manche bestimmt auch passend), und wahrheitsgemäß die Zusammenfassung eingeben ist halt auch noch eine Schwierigkeit wo ein Coach halt deine Aussagen auch im Kontext einschätzen kann und die ai glaubt dir halt einfach.. Genau für die Nutzung die du verwendest finde ich es auch super cool und dafür isses tatsächlich geil, aber wie du sagst es kann kein Coaching oder Trainingsplanung ersetzen wenn man nicht selber ordentlich mitdenkt

@@perstarke1295 I just really don't like the idea of not having control of my own car. Also, self driving cars will take away jobs. So I'm not gonna own something that first if all, is controlled by a robot. It also takes away the fun in life. When your not driving and instead just sitting there texting or whatever that extra screen time ain't healthy. But mostly just don't trust them. Sorry lol

@@BlueLazeMusic No need to be sorry haha I completely understand that, the good thing is you won't be forced to sit in one, it's up to everyone on their own :) The thing with the fun in life is of course very subjective - not everyone thinks driving is fun. But if you enjoy it, you can still do it, thats the good thing! You could also spent the time not with texting, but with for example reading, or video-calling friends, or whatever, I personally think there are good usages of the extra time, but as I said, it's up to everyone, and that's good!

The SAE does not allow half levels. Levels have to be full integers. It is either L3 or L4. There is no such thing as Level 3.5. That's because the levels are well defined based on the role of the driver. They are not a gradual scale. Tesla is still L2 since it requires a human to monitor the driving at all times and perform some of the driving tasks.

Thanks for the comment and for watching :) Autopilot being Level 2 is not up to date, it was counted as level 2 in 2019, but it got developed further since then. Human monitoring is basically just required because of the legal situation, it would technically be able to drive without monitoring, but the fallback performance still is the human driver, and the system only can take some driving modes, not all, which all falls under definition of SAE level 3. And because some features of level 4 are incorporated, it is commonly agreed to call this "level 3.5", but you are right, formally there is no level 3.5, thanks for making that clear!

@@perstarke1295 Also Waymo really is Level 4. L4 means no human supervision and no human fallback but in limited ODD. The fact that Waymo has cars with no driver in them proves that they don't need human fallback, and therefore that makes them L4. The fact that they are limited or geofenced is part of what makes them L4 instead of L5. If they were not geofenced, they would already be L5.

@@TheDiplomat27 That is true, Waymo is L4, BUT: The approach is just not scalable to work outside of the small region where it is used, maybe Waymo will extend to some other places, but the approach as it is won't work worldwide and for a relevant amount of people. That's why it is worth mentioning, but is not that relevant when talking about how far we are with getting self-driving cars on all of our streets, because we won't have cars that work with Waymos approach on many of our streets anytime soon.

@@perstarke1295 I disagree. I am very knowledgeable about the Waymo approach. The Phoenix area is just where they have launched a commercial ride-hailing service to the public But they have a fleet of fully autonomous cars driving all over the US, being tested. Yes, Waymo maps the area first but mapping is an automated process. Waymo has mapped many areas, much more than just the Phoenix area. Also, Waymo cars are able to drive in areas where the map has changed. It is a very dynamic, adaptive system. The main challenge for Waymo is not mapping, it's making the autonomous driving more "human-like", to be smarter in unique situations. Waymo already has the best FSD of any company. Waymo has over 20 million autonomous miles, more than any other company. They have over 15 billion miles of simulation training, more than other company. They reported 1 disengagement every 30,000 miles to regulators for 2020 which is better than any other company by far. (Tesla actually reported zero autonomous miles for 2020). Waymo reported only 1 minor accident per 130,000 miles and no serious crashes, in 6 million miles of data which is also better than any other robotaxi as far as we know. Nobody comes close, except Cruise. You simply cannot dismiss them. Waymo is the #1 leader in autonomous driving.
