Many people did not know the contributions Mr Taban Deng did to the SPLA/M but Dr John Garang knew it very well and he said many times that he wishes he had ten Taban Dengs because Taban Deng help bought many trucks for the SPLA /M during the war from the small foods the UNHCR gave to the South Sudanese refugees in Itang,Ethiopia and he will hep build South Sudan if he had given enough budgets to do the job and it is good President recognizes Taban good work ethics and leadership abilities .

So it is Taban Deng who was behind the hunger camp in Itang camp. While the SPLA were eating, buying cars, dressing to killing and conniving with the Mangistu government to exploit the hunger of refugees, the civilians for whom the food was meant were dying everywhere from disease and hunger. In Norther Bahr el Ghazal, Paul Malong and others also made made millions from western charities. They would lie about nomadic Arabs kidnapping and enslaving the Dinka people so as to profit from money that was meant to redeem people who were enslaved. Only murderers and thieves like Taban who can betray their own tribe and family members for money and power can trust him, leave alone respect such a criminal like Taban. He also confessed his participation in the genocide of the Disinga for their gold. He wasn't the only one who went stole for Garang, thought, there were also some SPLA commanders from the Nuba Mountains who went to Bambuti, Central African Republic to loot vehicles from fleeing refugees from Western Equatoria State across an international boarder. So, all I see is nothing other than a liar, murderer and a thief.

@@choltong3687 Whose uncle are you talking about? Do you want to move the conversation from the nuisance Taban Deng to other people people's uncles? At least my uncle didn't have to sell food meant for refugees to sponsor the evil SPLA who used to kill people everywhere. Those of Taban couldn't even let the refugees talk to Western donors. People can be weakedooo! Shameless dudes!
