    Im planning to make with freeze dried beef mince and beff tallow. Put in ice cube trays then store for long term. I want to use them as oil/beef cubes as base for soups and stews. Salt added can attract moisture so I wont use the salt.

    Put it into an app, with your measurements and products, and how many rolls you get per batch. That will give you the correct info for your individual rolls!

    But Sally, everything has carbohydrates in it - meat contains carbohydrates. Eggs contain carbohydrates. There’s no such thing as an essential carbohydrate. There are only essential fatty acids and essential amino acids.

    I just saw your video and enjoyed it very much. I have been playing around with pemmican and the way I have enjoyed the most is to cook a roast or some other kind for meat and put it in the fridge overnight. When I get it out cold the next morning I take off the fat and put the rest in the food processor and grind it up very fine. I put it in the oven at around 300° and stir it up every 20 minutes or so and it only takes about an hour to dry out completely. After that I put it back through the food processor again and it comes out as a perfect meat flour and works great for pemmican. What I am still trying to perfect is to find a fat that will allow it to stay hard at room temperature. My sister wants to take it on hikes but mine melts if it is out of the fridge for very long. I love it right out of the fridge but am trying to find a better fat for her. Any suggestions?

    Please help! I really want to try these rolls. I followed the instructions. I do have a stand mixer. Used beef gelatin as suggested. I could't get it to stiff peaks only soft so I didn't add the yolks and started over with suggestions from comments. I put the whites and cream of tartar in and got it to stiff peaks but as soon as I added the dry ingredients it went to soft peaks and then the yolks liquified it. What am I doing wrong? I have to go buy more egg whites but hoping for some suggestions before I try again. How do I get to a scoopable siff batter that holds its shape? please help someone!!

  • @TheAngelsJourney
    @TheAngelsJourneyАй бұрын

    You can try powdered egg yolks, that may help! For some people, the humidity or temperature of the kitchen makes the rolls fail every time. 🤔

  • @debbieroberson1108

    Thanks for the response. I am ready to try again. Do I reconstitute the egg yolk powder or use as a powder? I have re-watched the video multiple times and also other people making it. Some add the dry ingredients while the mixture is going on the stiff egg whites. I'm going to try that.

    I've tried it, but my kids didn't like it. We aren't carnivore so we don't stick with only carnivore products. But for those that are carnivore it's an option! Unless you'd like to skip the sweet taste all together 😊

    My father was a carnivore. He got colon cancer at 58 and died at 63. Brock Lesnar was a carnivore and got a nasty case of Diverticulitis and they had to remove a foot of his colon. No thanks I’ll stick to my omnivore way of eating. Vegans and Carnivores are boring and so are their diets. Today I had Texas BBQ Potato Salad Baked Potato pecan Pie and Sweet Tea and Dinner rolls with Honey. You can keep your boring Vegan and Carnivore diet. Vegans and Carnivores are always lecturing people how to eat. Vegans and Carnivores are a joke. I am in fantastic shape on my Omnivore diet…it’s called exercise…eat what you want…

    Wow, I’ve seen many of Sallys interviews recently and this is the first time I’ve heard of someone having the same symptoms as you mentioned in the beginning. I had rosacea, but the eye issues were insane, dryness, corneal tears, chelazion. If we hadn’t lived in modern times with eye drop and eye specialists i probably would have gone blind or thrown myself out a window, it was that bad. I’m only now discovering, after 30 years that it was oxalates, dumping like crazy now, literally. I’m mad but also grateful that i figured it out before too much longer. Thank you so much.

    Thank you for this recipe. I found you through Indigo Nili. I have made these multiple times. I tried with beef gelatin first and I couldn’t get my whites to get stiff-but they were still delicious. The xantham gum makes a difference. I made them into burger buns tonight with a silicone mold and they look great. This is my favorite bread recipe. And it’s so easy. I was considering making up the dry mix and keeping it in bags for even quicker cooking. Have you done that?

    It really must be that people have different metabolisms etc. My mom was never hungry and would almost have to force herself to eat, but with the meals like you had today I might feel very hungry still. (I've been doing only a few days so far of the PSMF) and find I am still quite hungry. Could it be because on the other days of doing more of a ketovore intake with some fats etc, my body is craving more of the fats again on the PSMF days? How do I resolve that one? I probably should mention that I'm not far off of the weight I like to stay at....and am just using the PSMF as a wee tool for close to maintenance! Thx!!

    Ivor Cummins had a video out years ago talking about his high iron. I think it might have been his first one. If you have your GGT it would be interesting to know as well. 3 Drs told him hemacromatosis and it turned out it was insulin resistance. Worth a look I have had anemia on and off over the years. Lipedema seems to be something that always has some sort of anemia attached to it. If you have any of the symptoms it would make sense being post menopausa when it happens to some womenl, having high estrogen is part of Lipedema (the andrenals take over production when the ovaries aren't producing any more).
