12 minutes of meaningless chat. Then, it took the bearded guy 12 min or so to ask his question, and another meaningless question at that. A helpful tip: the next time you invite a guest, prepare your questions in advance, word them clearly and succinctly, and write them down. And another tip: let the guest speak and do not interrupt the guest.

You somehow need any indicator so you really know how quick or hard you are throwing the ball.

I was taking online classes from 9 - 5 so I was having to sit for long periods at a time. kzread.infoUgkxEhgucmXpcAGYh8fatGFEnOK2V97VIwhG After the first day in a regular table chair, I thought about an exercise ball and ordered one that night. It came the next day! My hips, legs, back and butt couldn't have been happier! I'm almost 5'11" and I ordered the largest size and it was perfect for me. I also have RLS (restless legs) and this helped so much.Pumping it up was a little challenging and definitely gives you a good arm workout, (I'm a 62 yo woman) but it's very doable. Getting the tape centered with the hole to inflate it and then getting the pin back in was also a little tricky. But I love my new "chair" and I love the torquiose color. Hopefully it will also get used for exercise. 😁

I’m not sure who this will help, but I just got dealing with a tibial stress fracture in both legs for the past 16 months. I would recommend that in order to heal, you should rest with 0 activity for 6-8 weeks. After that, if it’s good, start gradually loading back up.

  • @sissi8610

16 months? That is scary. Are you still sore? I just had an MRI on my right knee, suspected contusion or stress fracture. I didn't bang it, it happened walking a large dog. Now I started walking in the pool to keep the muscles strong. Can you walk without pain now? I am so frustrated not being able to go for long bushwalks.

@@sissi8610regarding the fractures, they are all healed. After they healed I still had pain from something called compartment syndrome and now will need surgery in both legs😂 I would say for you to just give it rest if its fractured. That will be the only way it can heal. But if the pain isn’t going away after 6-8 weeks of rest, it may be something else entirely.

Which part of the tibia were the fractures located? Was it an anterior tibial stress fracture or a posteromedial one?

I’m sorry who are you and what are you talking about? Gatorade is a sugar drink. It contains zero magnesium. Powerade has 1% of. RDI intake of magnesium. Maybe invite a dietician onto your show. Christ I was going to listen to your advice and try and learn something from you. Please actually learn about what is in the products you are promoting. You just promoted Gatorade. You’ll have a subscriber list full of diabetics.

I bought this program for my daughter when she got diagnosed with it during track season in 2019, and she completely recovered and never had any more knee issues. Now that my son is running track, I use it as a preventative regimen for him so that he won't get injured.

Never start training again until the pain in your shin bone is completely healed. If you are sure that the pain is completely gone, increase your training gradually. When you return to training, never start training at an intense pace.

I was looking for a bouncy medicine ball for versions of a set of sports I'd implemented for a fictional setting; regular balls just would not do. This is cool. I'd always thought medicine balls were just round dead bags; which also wouldn't fit the bill. Thank you!
