  I don’t have a degree but a diploma. Would I still only need one year experience? And in case I did still need 5 years experience does it need to be current or in the same position I would like to apply to? I have over 5 years of experience but it’s been in different departments and kind of scattered so I don’t know if that makes it harder for me to qualify or not. I am a mature person and graduate 10 years ago.
