  My opinion. Try and do away with diary products. You can substitute milk with Almond milk or Silk. Dont know if you have these in Kenya. Then that yogurt needs to be thrown out too. Try this for a month and see if there is any difference. Hydrate alot too. Just trying to help.

  Heeeeey Nkatha big fan of your content since kitambo......also I used to break out alot but when I cut on dairy I dont see any breakout, sometimes I get tempted and take yorgurt for like a week then zinarudi but I think dairy is not our friend.
