    Thank you! I've been supplied a CAD Contour file from a student competition I've entered. The file they've given us seems to not have the contour heights. I don't use autoCAD so I'm not sure what the best thing to do it. When I follow all of your steps it creates a toposolid perfectly, it just doesn't have any height - the toposolid is flat. Do you know what the easiest way to add the contour heights to the autoCAD file would be? am I potentially getting something else wrong? THANK YOU SO MUCH IN ADVANCE PLEASE HELP <3

    Bro how to bend light in that object with corona light not light material can u please explain

  • @SimpleorDifficult
    @SimpleorDifficultКүн бұрын

    Actually any geometry with a Corona Light Material will render as efficiently as if it were a "Corona Light" (with the exception of a sphere, where the spherical Corona Light will in fact render faster and cleaner). Other than that, the Corona Light Material is identical to something being a Corona Light, so any "noise or problems" would be the same if it were a Light as there is no difference in how those are processed/handled. However, to answer your question, you can see the light shapes you have available in corona, with that you’ll know how you can use the to achieve what you are looking for.

    What about the “>scene” button? I haven’t seen anyone talking about it

  • @SimpleorDifficult
    @SimpleorDifficult23 сағат бұрын

    The scene button in the light mix section is used to bake in the lights settings in the light mix into the scene affecting the lights permanently. For instance let’s say the intensity of the corona sun in your scene is 1 and you reduced it in your light mix to 0.4, when you click that “>scene” button, it changes the intensity of the corona sun in your scene to 0.4. I hope that’s clear.
