    I micro dosed topical Fin at .005% every other day for 2 weeks and began experiencing intense effects of post fin syndrome. I stopped and everything went back to normal except now i have gyno on one side. Seems like all the youtubers who push fin and say no side effects also use steroids.

    I have allergies to pollen & Grass. However I’m more reactive to pollen. Is it safe to take raw honey? Or a recommended amount for people like me. Last thing I want is get an allergic reaction & not be able to breathe you know

  • @BenWinney
    @BenWinney4 сағат бұрын

    I'd be very careful and do lots of research before trying it. I have heard of people curing their allergies by consuming local raw honey. The local part is very important. Do your research and if you try it, get very good quality honey and try a tiny tiny piece.

    @benwinney Loved the video. In natural bodybuilding for a long time and now lookinto getting peptides such as Ipamorellin and CJC1295. Started to notice hair thinning from that and would you be able to make a video on peptides and is finastaride safe to take if you are taking cjc1295?

    About the "How to increase testosterone full guide" video, is it okay to drink coffee sometimes on morning routine? Cuz sometimes I feel sleepy during morning after workout, shower.

  • @BenWinney
    @BenWinney4 сағат бұрын

    Yes you should have coffee with breakfast if you drink it, rather than on an empty stomach. And no caffeine after about 11am because it can really interfere with sleep

    Antidepressants are actually good for you if you suffer a condition like depression or anxiety syndrome, I personally have general anxiety syndrome with panic attacks, without taking SSRIs my testosterone is always very low bcz of very high cortisol and adrenaline caused by anxiety, antidepressants increase serotonin and lower all stress related hormones which in final givea you a higher testosterone level , idk maybe you have less receptors but I personally feel much better with them

    The only side effect I have had from Finasteride has been clear skin. My thinning hair was reversed and further loss was prevented. My only regret is that I didn't start sooner. Don't listen to fear mongers, they will nocebo effect you.

  • @BenWinney

    It's not ideal. Metal or glass is best. Any type of plastic can leach into the water you're drinking and get into your body, especially if the bottle is heated or scratched

    Ben Winney you are WRONG. In my case I trained 4 times a week for 25 freaking years. And couldnt get past 15 inch arms and a 44 inch chest. When I discovered Mentzer. And took the frequency down to one workout every 5 days. BOOM. My growth exploded. And now at 60 years old. My chest is nearly 49 inches. My arms 17 inches. At 5 7.5" tall From one workout every 6 to 8 days. And two bike rides a week.. And there arent too many men my age who can even train properly anymore. They have shot joints from serious overuse and years of ego lifting.

    But Finasteride increases Testosterone by 25% by blocking DHT, Also 25g of creatine a day is massive amount, normal daily intake should be around 5g from supplements and there is roughly 5g in a beef steak.

    fin does increase T but by 25% is a stretch. and because it does block the some of conversion to DHT the T may convert to more estrogen in the body
