Awesome Interview. I wanna go hunting monsters now!
Lmao! That is a terrible picture of me😂😂
@@Emar3277 hahaha gottem!

@@leilamarvel2082 we have multiple logo colors to choose from! 🤘🏼
What a cool shirt…I must have one! 😅
Looks like a blast! I can’t wait for next year’s event!
Definitely Check it out!
I still think the first nightmare is the best. This one I always get mixed up with 4, maybe cause some of he actors return for 4. That nurse scene is still one of the greatest ever!!!
3 & 4 are always confusing 🤓
Mr. Frost with Jeff Goldblum and The Resurrected with Chris Sarandon are great horror films. Scanner Cop 1 is a tremendous sci-fi horror film.
Chris Sarandon 🤌🏼🤌🏼
SPOONMAN!🎳
🤘🏼🔥🤘🏼
love the show, but the microphones sound weird and offputting
Richard Gale was in Reanimator. Fritz Weaver played Dex Stanley.
Yes! You are correct!
I was a big horror fan in the 1980s and me and my friends saw Creepshow when it was new. We thought it was "just OK" . Now when I see it -- it's TOO much comedy and not enough HORROR . And Dawn of the Dead - is my favorite movie of ALL TIME - so there's that. Can I have at least ONE PERSON that agrees with me ?
I get that. Sometimes it does feel a bit…campy
Oh you will see creepshow 3. That’s my pick in October!
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! 😱
Also love hearing about the stuff we did as kids 😂😂😂. Sorry man! I remember thinking that line “ thanks for the ride, lady” was the funniest shit. We used to say that all the time!
Ha! Thanks for eating my dinner!
Lmao!!
Great episode! I never watched creepshow 1 because I didn’t want to see that bug scene. I hate roaches. Creepshow 2 I seen a million times cause of HBO. I didn’t even know there was a 3rd.
Ya it was called Tales from the darkside, lol
My parents took me to the theater to see a lot of these “inappropriate “ movies . I saw “Halloween “ , “Friday the 13th” , and “The shining “ all in the theater . I was born in 1975 , so do the math .
1975…what a good year, huh!?
Good content. Only thing I can give you advice on is to get a better mic setup or record ADT in a room with sound dampening. This raw audio approach is hell on listeners ears. Everything else is great. Script, camera, it's just the audio.
🤓☝🏻 - Thank you, Brother.
yeah i had to drop the video because the audio was horrific

Yeah, Stan Sakai is awesome! Great Phantom bust. Funny story about the Robin sketch. I asked Ken Wheaton to draw Bug from The Micronauts saying hi to me. He did a brilliant job. Very interesting interview! 🎥🎥🎥🎥🦇🦇🦇🦇👍🏻
That’s awesome! We would love to see it! Send a the pic to our instagram 🤘🏼
Nicole is hilarious! Great episode!
Thank you for watching! 🤘🏼
The Og was better 🤓
I agree!
We have some busts from Aliens which we'll debut at Wonderfest in Louisville, KY June 1-2.
I can’t wait to see it!
Gentlemen: Thanks for displaying our Phantom of the Opera bust as part of your set decorations. Great chairs, too. GeoS
You have amazing stuff! Glad you could check out the episode…What are you working on now?
Hey bro-enjoying the podcast- funny tbing,I never knew Buz wanted to get into makeup -lol- just one of the many fascinating things I'm digging on your show - looking forward to appearing on our "Dracula Spectacula" ❤
Glad you enjoyed it! We can wait to have you on, Neil!
I think my MT Rushmore would be , in no particular order, Hooper, Spielberg, Kubrick, Craven.
Very nice choices! Hooper is up there for me too.
@@themarvelofhorror yea I chose Spielberg and Kubrick only because they directed two of the best horror movies ever, IMO. Jaws and the Shining.
Great episode! Now I don’t have to watch Glory. I believe the first movie I remember where pretty much everyone died was, spoiler alert, Red Dawn. Great movie!
Thank you, Brother! How about that Red Dawn remake?
@@themarvelofhorror that remake sucked!
@@Emar3277it sure did! Hahaha

I can’t wait for FREE COMIC BOOK DAY! 🤓☝️
Great Episode! I can’t wait for Comic Book Day!
What comic did you get?
@@themarvelofhorror I ended up getting the last copy of The Walking Dead! Got any recs?
I actually became a broncos fan cause I felt bad for them after watching them lose to the giants in the Super Bowl. I was a Mets fan before anything so I was rooting for the giants originally
Love it! I remember riding though the valley. I remember we called it cult house road and the trees are all growing away from the house and a legend was if you were driving at night a seen a hearse you couldn’t let it pass you or you would die. Good times!
Good Times!
Great show!!! 🙏🏼❤️
This was a great episode!
16:10 Masters of Horror, if that's the Mick Garris led show, is a show with short films, not an anthology. Anthologies are movies that contain short stories presented as part of a selection. Much like Creepshow, the first two are anthologies, and the Shudder Creepshow is just shorts, much like Masters of Horror. Just thought I would mention this...
53:00 My favorite vampire movie is the Swedish "Let The Right One In." But, yes, Salem's Lot is a great movie. Fright Night was much better as a child, but I still enjoy it. I'm not fully on board with the story of Peter Vincent, nor with the Jerry Dandrige character saying that he has a lot in common with certain characters. As though he's saying he's a vampire but trying to convince them that he isn't. That didn't ring true to me. I might have missed something there.
1:00:40 I'm on the proverbial fence about The Conjuring. It's okay. I think it's really goofy in parts. Like when Lorraine tells the dad that they are in a battle for his wife's soul...? Hmm, dudette, why are these religious types giving more merit to the soul than the person here and now? That always puts me off. The chair levitates and the legs hit the ceiling. The blood spattered on the sheet duing the exorcism. It was just trying too hard to make an exorcism. Very underwhelming. And the jumpscares get old quick. I might be biased against the Warrens, too. I don't believe a word they say. And the movie didn't exactly let the viewer in on what the Perrons experienced. They claimed that the Warrens made the matter worse. As a horror movie. It's okay. But I'm with your guest. It didn't really do much for me. I liked a lot about it, but it's just not that great.
1:02:00 The actors playing the Warrents gave them a lot of warmth and positivity. But every time I learn more about the real people, I get very sinister vibes.
Uh, dude. I was so into this and it just ended so abruptly. Guess I will have to take a look at the others you have done... Have you seen Nope 2022 and Talk To Me 2023?
@@LanceLust1980HugeTheWarningFan thanks for watching. Definitely check out our other episodes! We’ll have to have Danielle on the show to continue the conversation!
Carpenter, Dante, Cronenberg, Raimi
Best episode yet!
She is lucky she didn't have me as an older sister 😂
Getting caught back up. Finally got to listen to this episode!
🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Except space isn't expanding infinitely its actually slowing down.
Oh yea! Shout out to your older brother and the Talisman!
Apparently the film was a Dracula ripoff. They found out about this and burned all copies. All except one.
And the shining
Movies I’d like to see discussed would be the original Texas chainsaw massacre and poltergeist
Great episode! I remember you also had some 6 hour long VHS with a bunch on f Halloween stuff we had to watch all the time. We didn’t care for that one either😂😂.
You rock Eric!! Thanks for keeping up with each Episode! 🙏🏼
LOVE THIS!
No! Costello s brain!!
I just recently watched John Carpenters Vampires and forgot how much fun it actually is!! 🤘
