  Hiiii! They actually sell the craft bottle caps at hobby lobby or aliexpress. They even sell the matching domes to make the embellishments.

  I use thick 2mm foam. The tip is to run the foam in the machine only once! And good acetate and glue is a must! I hope that helps.
