  Shouldn't they build full underground subway system like us or other countries instead of spending for more roads this will cause more traffic because many people will buy more vehicles if they build subway (underground metro) it will be good for our climate and it will be good for public transportation.   Solution is banning unruly 3 wheelers who shove themselves everywhere and having separate lanes for 2 wheelers like bicycle lanes in western countries . Imposing strict fines with automated cameras everywhere . Getting rid of corruption in rto tests OR JUST DEVELOPING A BETTER PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM TO AVOID TRAFFIC ALTOGETHER CUZ THE PRIOR THINGS MENTIONED WON'T HAPPEN IN INDIA .
