DURU BOND

DURU BOND

Everybody hates Nigerian property developers....and I totally understand.
Unfortunately I feel this dislike is gravely misguided, so I have decided to tell our story.

I will share our challenges, wins and everything we go through to deliver these projects you all love to critique.

So If you have ever wanted to really understand the real estate business or worse still, join us in the trenches that is the Nigerian property market, you should stick around.

    Educational video and analysis. But why not put up a flyover all the way down and use alternatives so that the real estate market and businessrs could be protected. Just My opinion

    For a very long time, I've always said to myself that houses in Lagos are highly overpriced. Let's be careful so we don't crash this sector. I love Osapa London because I believe it's not overpriced like others.

    It is unfortunate that Nigerian citizens have to pay heavily for non working institutions. While I agreed that we the citizens do capitalize on this irregularities to cut corners but the truth must be told that we have irresponsible government and ineffective institutions. What prevent the Government from providing a clear physical buffer and constant monitoring on these delicate ecosystem. Why is it difficult for us to enforce site and services program where a suit of services such roadline, water, electricity lines among others who have been planned for and developed in a new land even before development get there. I sympathize with those affected as this is the price to pay for being in a non working society however it should be a lessons to us that trying to exploit a bad system for selfish gain is usually end in disaster. We all must ensure that Nigeria works.

    How much is a square metre of land presently in banana iisland and what the minimum one can buy for flipping purpose

  • @DURUBOND
    @DURUBOND14 күн бұрын

    Square meter in banana Island is currently between 1.5m-1.8m. You can buy as little as 600sqm. Although land for sale in banana Island is scarce at the moment because of high demand.

    The demand is high. But the people are poor . Put that into consideration. A good example is Abuja with empty houses.
