When playing Raven how do you teleport sideways? It looks like a 2x but fancier and i can’t seem to figure it out.

whats the benefit of keeping your units at the ghosts near the enemy masterghost instead of attacking the masterghost itself ?
It's easier to secure the other adjacent ghosts and go for at least two angles at once. If you go from one angle you risk losing your advantage and could get pushed back. Plus if I leave them there blocking that point it gives me room to setup at the other ghosts, which give me more resources to try and win.

Already wrote you a bunch of notes for the other match, so I'll keep this one short. Just took a few notes before the match started to stall out at the end of Round 2. You were doing really really well in Round 1. You had a big lead but let your mana build up too much and didn't future-proof your army to take as much advantage of it. Definitely buy Dispel early vs Sol. 7:38, kinda just watched Sol kill your Miss Tiramisu, repurchased her a few moments later, and then Sol just walked up and killed her again. She really needs to be protected, which is why she's not unlocked early as often. I'd suggest Mille-Fuelle or Charlotte next time if you're not going to pocket Tiramisu. Also keep in mind that people tend to spam armor units vs Raven/Valentine, need to build significantly more P.Blancmange instead of just Candy.

Gonna post this here too for easy time skipping 👍 (preferably ask me any questions on the discord) 1:46, you successfully block his burst. If you just F8X him and kill him here, that's a huge swing. You grab some drills and take over a bunch of the map. You also had a lot of tension in this fight, so try to make sure to use it before you resort to yolo 2Y (though sometimes that is a good option, ofc) 2:18, People will get tired of me saying this, but yea, careful not to let your MANA build so high. Having 661 MANA is a lot to not have working for you especially in the early game when it's most important. Even after unlocking the Blades, I'd highly suggest buying some drills here, no reason to save 400 MANA. 2:40, Just a laggy fight, can't win em all. Careful of yolo 2Y tho. 2:47, boatload of MANA. Notice how on his side of he map, he has Guantlet Bodies going multiple ways. You want to do the same thing here rather than sending all 3 Blades top. This is their strongest point in the game, where there are the most melee units on the map. You want to take advantage of that. 2:50, I like that you noticed you should retreat these drills. Ofc the sooner you do that after dying the better. 3:38, this would be a great time to have 50 DI available to clear these units extremely quickly. Focus the Gauntlet Body and dont waste time on the Swordsman (Blade clearly wins that fight). 4:04, I try to do my best to avoid hitting 100 DI, it's an insanely strong tool that should be used as much as possible. 5:30, 1k MANA. Could've had both DI and Crimson Jacket in that previous fight. 5:51, 1.6k MANA! haha. Try to remember to reassign where your units are so they don't run away and give up free ghosts (lookin' at ghost 1) 7:38, 1.3k MANA I think despite any issues, you kept the map pretty competitive for quite a long time! Lots of opportunities to come back. Biggest suggestions by far are to use DI more (it's arguably what makes Sol the best character in the game and it didn't get used) and to not let MANA build up so high 👍
man this game is totally forgotten, cant find it anywhere and even the OSTs on youtube keep getting taken down.

For everyone interested, there is now a steam version that runs well on modern devices. This gem deserves to not be forgotten. This theme always gives me nostalgia goosebumps.

@@saltyedd9365 It uses a software for online games that is also used in Cryptomining YES, that is true, but it does not use any CPU GPU or Bandwith while working. Apparently this is kind of a field test to see if this works for online games. If you read the full thread to the end you will see an explanation of the developer. I myself am not that secure with blockchain, but as i stated, there is no incresed hardware utalization when playing the game. And i already played the game for 20h+. That is also the reason, why it is still f2p and early access. If you dont trust this you can just put it on your wishlist or something and follow the development. There are new updates every 2-3 weeks so far.
I just love the transitions from peaceful to warlike sounds. And this games storyline totally had huge potential!
So fucking good 2:06 made me cry tbh hadn't heard this in so many years since playing this as a child.
This whole soundtrack was supposed to go down in history. But unfortunately this did not happen.

Because it's still on the Easter patch of 2019. I think. The game is also an unfinished mess.

1:30, I think this was a really smart play! You notice that he's already on your side of the map, so you can't ignore the Candy he just dropped off. However, you hit the Candy away with a strong move and plant a Drill that will win the 1v1 and you don't waste time sticking around to kill the Candy yourself. Very nicely done 💪 Not bad unlock timing on Blades, but I'd make sure to split up that first stack for sure. For instance at 5:00 they're still chillin' at ghost 8, haha Also, remember that doing the short blast drive + Bandit Revolver is an incredibly strong escape tool. Can't overstate the importance of having a Dispel at the end of the first round and to buy anti-rods as well 😁 12:22 imagine if you had even just one dispel to remove the slow, debuffs on your units, and his anti-attack rods, you know? I'd also highly recommend learning to do Sol's L2X loops, btw, lots and lots of damage that you can get out of it off of nearly any attack 👍 It's not too bad to learn either.
I do the L2X loops on Mjz, Metals just brought his A game against me this time and I was playing like a potato. Also a lot of misinputs from me! The nerves!

Remember that you've gotta make sure to find the second minion he drops off if it's blocking a major path. You'll notice that he gains control of the map super early because that second Candy he dropped off stays alive which allows him to snowball like crazy since Candy are so inexpensive. 4:18 DI 50 would've been great here since he has so many Candy grouped up. Because you're behind by a lot at this point, I think it's better to just keep pumping out Drills to try to get some control back instead of shelling out so much for Blades. Candy are so damn strong 😅
Out of curiosity, what causes your game to freeze in the background while you operate the Organ? Do you like that it does that? I've never seen that on anyone else's replays but yours.
I have no idea, I haven't altered any settings. I thought everyone's does that. :O Honestly it never really bothered me, though I suppose it helps me concentrate a bit better because nothing is moving in the background when I am focusing on the organ.
Do you have the enhanced graphic mod applied to this at all? I can't think of what else could possibly cause it, unless it's my actual monitors. it's not that super big of a deal, but now that you pointed it out I'm curious to know what's causing it lol.

Very nice @ 2:44 getting a cluster of units like that to kill. Careful of getting caught on individual units that aren't defending a ghost or anything earlier on though, as that allowed him to take over the map and even Sin's expensive units aren't too expensive when you have all the income 😅 Also, remember Dragon Install 😁
I recommend only picking one unit up vs Paradigm often times. Especially on this level where he's like, 100% going to try to Overdrive your MG D; Also, remember to not let your units group up too much versus him 👍 Lastly, remember that you gotta chase him down a bunch and make sure he can't get away. Landmine xD

1:57 Careful about letting your units clump up too much, especially against Sin. He doesn't have the best individual unit clear, but he's great at killing large armies in comparison.

Finally got back to finish this video. Remember that you have to wait half a second *and* be in range of your Candy to tell it to hold ;o You had a few of em walkin' back on you there.
Fun match :) Make sure to get those P. Blancmange out ahead of the Gauntlet bodies since they're really useful vs Swordsmen and the enemy master too 👍
But then he'll just have more swordsmen then me :'( It's a tough time to decide when to get them but I'll try and get them earlier.
@@Shaxyel1 You're playing Raven, so he'll always have more Swordsmen than you ;D But naw, you can crank those Candy out and still be able to throw a few mages here and there since Candy are so inexpensive and efficient. Plus the mages will make your candy win over the Swordsmen, plus slow the Master down when he shows up so you can 1v1 him even better with Raven 💪 The most important thing even if you don't summon them though is to have them unlocked so you can summon them as soon as you start seeing enemy armor units.
