Why only the cold water beaches? Cape Breton and Northumberland beaches are the warmest north of the Carolinas

What a fantastic video. Thank you a lot . I live in the South Shore and it would be a much longer video if you included so many other beautiful beaches in the South Shore alone. Eagle Head, Beach Meadows, East Berlin beach, Carters beach,....

This list is hilarious that it doesn't have a single Cape Breton beach on it. I know it's a personal list, so I'll assume you never went to any of the top beaches in CB.

i am gonna be there in September staying at Glenora for 3 days, then we rented a house for a week on the south shore. We want to drive the cabot trail. Should we drive clockwise or counter clockwise. Your feedback would be much appreciated.

Your beaches are incomplete. The warmest water beaches in Nova Scotia are all located in areas you missed. Eastern NS, Pictou and Antigonish Counties plus all the beaches along the Northumberland Strait are absolutely beautiful and without the icy water of South Western NS beaches. These are warm water beaches bringing families, especially children, great joy. You also missed the beaches of Cape Breton Island. A major error is not mentioning Port Hood Beach. How could you not know? Understand that in Nova Scotia the farther east you travel the warmer the ocean water. Please travel some more and educate yourselves. Then remake this.

I have to honestly say as a Canadian…..This is one of the most beautifully made videos I have ever seen….the views and colours are truly breathtaking. I do hope you will consider doing other Canadian areas. We have so many beautiful places and I keep seeing videos that just do not do them justice. Some are very dull colour wise or they pick the least attractive areas. I’ve even seen not so old videos that looked like they were filmed in the fifties with a dirty lens. Your video made me feel as though I was there!

Truly love your beautiful video……just wanted to point out there are no such people as “ Scotch “ . There is “ Scotch tape “ and “ Scotch whiskey “. The people of Scotland are “ Scottish “ or Scots men and Scots women.

for someone like me who was born in 3rd world country and is poor, seeing these videos really makes me happy even though I cannot afford to travel here I can at least see what it looks like, i always wanted to travel the world and explore different places, but could not due to my financial conditions, looking at these videos make me feel like i am already there and combined with this smooth music I feel like I am in another world entirely i cant describe the feeling in words, it truly is remarkable.

I live in, and enjoy Nova Scotia. There is just NO DOWNSIDE ! Anywhere in the province is wonderful, your choice! John M. Hill, author, "Echoes of History" and "Strange Associations"; soon: "BUMP", a story of Springhill's mine disaster in 1950. JMH

I may be biased, as my parents had a cottage at Heather's, at which once I floated a wine thermometer, taking a temperature of 75 degrees F. there. My favourite beach, ever. I am 85 now, and this summer took a swim there. John M. Hill

You could probably call Cape Breton (the heart-shaped island north-east of mainland) Island one large beach as many beaches are there, many for miles on the shore. JMH

You missed the BEST beaches, including the warmest water (north of Virginia, U.S.,) along the "North Shore" opposite P.E.I., including "Heather's Beach" and Northport, near the port of Pugwash (famous for the "PUGWASH CONFERENCE" re the conference of Atomic Nations held in 1950 during the "Cold War". Nova Scotia Coastlines: Only beautiful if you’re lacking life experience. FYI, I lived right on the sea in Shelburne county for several years, and visited all these beaches. They all share one feature: they’re dull, but not half as dull as the inhabitants.

Sometimes in summer the ocean between N.S. and P.E.I. gets warm, up to (I measured) 75 degrees! The shallow area near Amherst, N.S. and Tidnish Harbour, P.E.I. really gets warm: some say, "warmer than the New Jersey coast". JMH
