Mi nombre es Leonardo, quería contar mi experiencia, con mi esposa fuimos al Iberostar bella costa en Julio del 2023, lamentablemente no fue lo que esperábamos las habitaciones realmente viejas y sin mantenimiento, por las noches cortan el agua caliente y el WIFI, las paredes sin pintura y con olor a humedad, pero lo peor es que esta lleno de bichos adentro (cucarachas e iguanas). Un día de lluvia se inundo la habitación, brotaba agua DEL TECHO, parecía una pelicula de terror. La comidas son escasas, solo hay un solo lugar por vez para comer para todos los huéspedes, lo que significa que a la hora de abrir cada lugar es realmente imposible poder agarrar algo, no existe la carne de vaca ni las frutas, no dan vino en los almuerzos y las cervezas están calientes, no tienen hielo porque no les funcionan las heladeras, ellos dicen que es por el bloqueo... En mi estadía de 12 días, solo dos veces cambiaron las toallas porque, según ellos, no había lavadero o lavanderia . Son escasas la sombrillas tanto en la playa como en la pileta, por lo tanto nunca llegas a tener una. Años anteriores hemos ido al hotel Barcelo Sol y Mar y nada de lo que pasa en el Iberostar paso allí. Una experiencia que no se la deseo a nadie. Saludos Leonardo

It was the 2nd week of June that i was there. Best hotel I’ve been to in Varadero.

Hello! I found it was better than the other resorts i’ve been to in cuba. It was decent. Unfortunately i didn’t get to try the restaurants in the hotel due to too much partying lol. Bring ketchup & mustard for the snack bar’s burgers & hotdogs. Once the buffet closes at 10pm that & pizza will be your only options for late night eats. & hot sauce if you like spicy.

Yes it is! The trip over all was great & the dolphins are amazing. It's also probably the best out of all the excursions.
