  Fixing flat tyres and removing wheels are so basic, myself and my friends fixed our own when we were 8-9 years old. You call a repair truck out, that is embarrasingly shameful.

  The issue is that the bolt was stuck on mine. It was funny. Even the bike repair shop couldn't get it off for a while. Needed to get two special tools.
