  Beautiful home but the price of 585 K is not much different from where I live in New Jersey where the home prices on average are higher than North Carolina.

  What? This trailer park house is $425,000, and its in the middle of nowhere. You would have to charge $4,000 a month rent for 11 years to even get your money back. YIKES
