  If the game would work right, lots of this would be doable. But in my experience, the game feels nerfed when faced with opponent with "aura" players like mbappe or some icons. I have witnessed players litterally forgot the ball while running, players that want to stop the ball ALWAYS, no matter what you do, first touch slow as fuck and stuck on the field, press to run that get ignored, the fact that you have the same button for "come closer" and precision pass that fucks up also when you're tryng to L1 drible to pass. So, this game is so flawed that the more you play, the more you get pissed and play wrost, because you cannot do anything you want to do

  Awesome vid as always! How about revisiting advanced defending? Its late game and I switched over and I like it. Being able to apply pressure and forcing animations is just a nice plus to this stale manual defending.

  i find it hard to beat the press i feel stuck and feel like i keep losing the ball in my own half this is costing me wl 14 wins i get 9 wins cuz i lose to the same players press me and i can't move or pass without losing the ball in div 1 and lose almost every game for this exact reason

  When you get pressed think about how you would have pressed in that exact moment, for example you would anticipate players to pass from bottom to top or from top to bottom and right stick switch to cover an obvious pass, so to beat that you need to change the direction you pass sometimes, and always use r1 pass to pass between the lines, and 99 percent of players cover short passes from side to center, so avoid that completely, also thats why you should always use hug the sideline and 4321 with 1 or both fullbacks on balanced, its the easiest way to build up with the long pass, that changed my game completely, also watch ollelito build up guide from several month ago thats the best way to build up in this game

  It is very simple to deal with a press without all the complicated details. Basic passing + usage of the back against the press. Then always be aware of the press being too high and L1 with one of your players and lob over using their press against them 😊

  I really need help with my defending I watch 100s of videos on jockeying and just defending as a whole it’s my first real fifa and I’m in div 1 losing games a lot used to pull about 9 wins but I’m barely scraping that now in champs my biggest problem is I can attack very very well great at scoring and build up play i cent deal with pressure and I crumble and the goals just go flying in and I can’t get the ball back no matter how many videos I watch on defending I can’t learn

  I think they are ruining this game with so many complications , The legacy defending is still way way better , defending shouldnt be ao hard , scoring goals should be hard but defending should be easy , that is how game lovers can enjoy the game to perfection.

  I watched all kind of stuff dude. First time player Fifa...,but after this easy concept of passing tu striker. AND FINNALY i can easly see how my ai strikers cut. This game became so much easier.
