Good morning from Houston, do have to pay to watch this?
Good
Thanks for sharing my reminders are not showing up on my calendar😢
Nice video. I actually installed chrome OS on my 2012 Mac mini to give it new life.
When supporting seniors to use computers over the phone, here's a tip: Don't ever say "hit any key."
Abysmally bad audio. Impossible to watch.
The audio is not that bad.
From Countries that I don't speak English fluently, this video isn't just an information about chromebook, but absolutely good for learning about "listening"
very simple and explicit tuto not only for seniors but as well for all. Thanks
Every single computer or tablet or smartphone lets you have Multiple Users. That is not a Chromebook feature.
How do you get Apps like *Google Play Books* to run if you don't have Internet?
With the evite I didn’t see how I could add hotel accommodations for guests. Do you have how this can be done?
can i get nextdoor on my computer?
Good
Thank you I was able to learn how better to use my ChromeBook...Again, thank you
Presentation done on a Windows PC. 😅
I strongly recommend you offer a quicker, more engaging video with a more charismatic speaker and better-organized content delivery. Watching this is basically just sitting through a tedious corporate powerpoint presentation.
doing good
can the font colors be changed? mine is very light, which makes it difficult to read. I found the reverse but that reverses youtube too
Can I copy an article from a current magazine and email it to a friend?
Is this a physical magazine? If so, you'll need to take a picture of the page(s) and then send them to your friend via email.
good morning
Google lens app downloaded free
This is really first rate -- albeit showing the limitations inherent in open phones and distortion. That is where your patience is golden. Chromebooks are especially useful for session or change of situation use. 2 examples: 1) I am a retired cognitive psychologist but still am asked to assess complex needs. Where Chromebooks have the edge over PCs and Mac is in recording sessions with people and fellow medics, saving them to USB formatted FAT 32 or ex-FAT and they can be re-run later on the home PC or Mac and show up with whatever name is given to them. 2) Sometimes when (mostly) elderly people have to have hospital treatment taking a few days they might not be allowed to use cell phones for interference reasons with apparatus. However, 'Wi-fi' internet on a different frequency and usually provided in hospitals allows communications, reading, browsing, KZread and a variety of interests to be accessed (preferably with earphones for mutual isolation. [Too many hospital wards have popular TV blasting all day!] In general, the patient's usual computer is too big and expensive to be risked and Chromebooks are the answer. If the machine slides to the floor when a patient dozes off damage is seldom significant. In the UK some NHS hospitals loan Chromebooks for patient use to mitigate temporary relocation effects and keep minds ticking over, thus helping the healing process. In my experience this does not lessen socializing with fellow patients. Hospital radio is no longer enough for casual amusement considering that folks now in their 90s have long been members of our communicated society. Actually, with 80+ patients, access to the web when in hospital allows them to look far back in time, be in the present and explore lightweight research indicating aspects of the future. While Chromebooks are not good at running 'gamer' type games designed for powerful machines, they can handle lightweight ones. Child patients usually have access to a games facility anyway somewhere in a given hospital. If you would like to mail-discuss storage solutions, making folders, bridging the gap between MS Windows, Mac and lightweight Chrome browser-based simplification (a frequent obstacle due to familiarity) I am: Dr Stephen F Hall and by general e-mail address is [email protected] Thank you for your superb work.

I use Evernote. I have a few small problems with the program, but by and large it makes my life much, much easier I started using Evernote in 2015. I used the free version for a few years and then switched to the Professional version. (My use is such that the free version would have served me well, but I grew so dependent that I felt guilty about getting it for free!) The trouble is that the improvement come so quickly that I am sometimes a little behind and confused by some of the changes. By and large I love it.
You travelled ... for THAT?
She can keep that nightmare.
Awful video. Covered barely anything and in the beginning lied that the difference between free and premium is not seeing the "advertisements" only.
Hey from Frederick Colorado! Thank you!❤
Bless you for being so patient!👍
That was such a lovely, positive video. So many smiling faces. A pleasure to see and to be a part of. I receive so much! THANK YOU
such a great and positive platform - congratulations 🎉
Please add more Zentangle classes. Congrats on 4 years and counting!🎉🥳
I discovered GetSetUp during COVID and have learned so much since then. I take classes almost daily and connect in community events. All of the Guides are excellent, patient, kind people who love to share their knowledge. I appreciate them all. The learners I've interacted with are truly nice people. I love GetSetUp and encourage all the seniors I meet to log on and GetSetUp. There's something for everyone. Congrats on 4 years -- May you live long and prosper.
I would watch it longer if you would correct the audio issues the super loud interjections of a online person asking questions.

Where do I go to create a document
Wow. This was laborious. I just wanted to know what requirements there were for recipients... like how to actually 'send' an invitation. Phone number, email or will it link to Facebook contact. Never got there. 8 minutes wasted.
I have had her in my cooking classes!!!
There was conflicting verbal noise at the end...couldn't hear instructions. Informative, but incomplete.
Close to the end of your video there is a lot of extra noise in the background. Just FYI. But great job.
