What is the maximum speed?
26-31 loaded, 29-33 dry, up it to a 150 and you'll get max low 40's dry... Very slow and underpowered boat lol, especially at the price point.
Does the driver seat move badk? Im 6ft tall wondering if I would be cramp same questionf ro passenger seat?

What fell out when you removed the lower unit from the boat? Was it one of the exhaust flappers? Just curious because I bought a new to me boat last year that had been overheated. I’ve done the head gasket and replaced all exhaust bellows and it runs good. Going to replace the impeller in a few days this year just because. When I replaced the exhaust bellows (merc 3.0), I installed a new flapper because the old one was gone. Don’t know where the pieces went. The exhaust bellow between the boat and drive was completely separated when I purchased the boat so the pieces may have exited before me. If they haven’t by chance, would I find them when I separate the drive to replace the impeller-if they’re in the drive somewhere? Thanks for any advice!

When the engine is in the boat there are a couple of plugs that are nearly impossible to get to let alone trying to use on torque wrench on them. Lucky for me my hands are calibrated so it's no problem, I just listen for the sound of my wrist to click...
