    @ToddFam808 you are absolutely 💯 correct. The unknown is the worst part. My family and friends were worried about how I would take the news, I've left them all surprised, I came to terms very quickly, I've got it, sitting there crying won't magically make it disappear, I've got to fight it, my fight started by changing my diet and my state of mind, I've got to have a mastectomy on my right breast where the cancer is because there is also pre-cancer cells, I'm still awaiting the results from the biopsies from my left breast, I'm only 39 so I urge anyone of any age to act if they find a lump, Cancer doesn't discrimate and lastly thank you for your thoughts and prayers, wishing you good health 🤍

    Hello my Lady. Thank you for sharing. question: Why did you get a biopsy? How big was the mass they found? Did you have any symptoms?

  • @ToddFam808
    @ToddFam808Ай бұрын

    Hi friend! I have family history of breast cancer so when I made 40 my doctor up here where we currently live wanted me to do a mammogram. After doing the regular checkup mam. they found a mass that was tiny and they wanted to get more and better images. I went in for a second mammogram that was a little longer than the first, they took more pictures and got a better view. After ny doctor reviewed those they found dense tissue as well as the mass. Because its hard to know what it is and based on my family history they thought the best thing to do is a biopsy. That way they had actual tissue to test and study. I didn't not have a single symptom !

    @@ToddFam808 Thank you for answering my question. I am in a similar situation like yours. I am 57 and recently I had my 3rd. diagnostic mammogram (I have had several screening mammograms before). The first diagnostic mammogram was scary for me. Few years later, I needed a second diagnostic mammogram because they found something new. This one was less scary than the one before, and it came back negative as well. On feb 2024, I went for my screening mammogram, and surprise! they find a little 5mm mass. They wanted me to have a third diagnostic mammogram. To be honest, I don't believe in these radiologist. They automatically scheduled for me a diagnostic mammogram with an ultrasound, like they already knew the images from the mammogram were not going to be enough. My breast is not dense; therefore, the ultrasound may not be as effective as a diagnostic mammogram but they wanted to do it anyway. I do not have a history of breast cancer in my family. I do not feel a thing on my breast. None of the physicians ever did any sort of palpation (of course not, they can't charge you for that), but both test (mammogram+ ultrasound) will cost my insurance close to 4,000 dollars. This is why I am saying that breast cancer is a very good business right now. I asked the radiologist what would happen if the ultrasound is also inconclusive. She said: we can do a biopsy. Honestly, I do not trust doctors. I bet when they see us, they only see dollar signs. I only had that day the diagnostic mammogram wich was inconclusive. I felt that the radiologist was very pushy, making me feel childish or dismissive for not taking that mass seriosly, and not having the ultrasound. She said that the chances of a negative result were 80%. I told her I wanted to take that 80%. 80% chances of being healthy sounded good enough to me. What is wrong with wating 6 months to see if that thing gets bigger. Either if I have cancer or not, I am going to end up probably with a mastectomy ( I see ladies in other youtube videos that decided to have a lumpectomy to find out 3-5 years later the lumpectomy did not work and now they recommend a mastectomy). This is the never ending story. I don't think is worth it to live in fear every year is time for a mammogram. I am sure it is different when we are younger and we have little kids, but my boys already graduated from college, one of them is married. I feel it is time for me to decide my future and live without fear. If I am going to die of breast cancer, let it be. By the way, I purposely scheduled the diagnostic mammogram 2 months after the screening mammogram. Nothing changed in 2 months. The lesion was the same.

    Hi, I live in South Africa. The sun is always shining here and there is always the risk of developing skin cancer if you have a light skin. I developed a growth on the lower eye lid of my right eye. I do not know if it is cancer or just a benign growth but I went on a high nutrition diet for about two months and the growth have shrunk noticeably. I would like to share the diet with you. The soup Ingredients: - two handfuls of Chopped broccoli, one chopped onion (purple), two bags of green tea, two pinches of mixed herbs, two sticks of cut celery, Two handfuls of frozen and crushed spinach or kale, half a table spoon of crushed garlic, Three shakes of black pepper, seven shakes of turmeric, two tablespoons full of apple cider vinegar (with the mother), one bag of white onion powder soup for flavour, a hand full of cooked red speckled beans and a handful of cooked mince meat. Just add all the ingredients in a pot, add boiling water and switch the stove on high till the water boils. Then lower the heat until the water simmer, Let the soup simmer for an hour. The soup is now ready. I would only drink water in the morning. At 12h00 I would start eating the soup. There will be about two helpings that you can eat in the 12h00 to 18h00 time frame. I also ate a fruit salad every day in the 12h00 to 18h00 time frame. (Note: Apparently turmeric reduces the effect of some chemotherapy drugs and thus should not be taken during chemotherapy.) During the rest of the week I would also eat food that contains vitamin D like avocado’s, mushrooms, liver and eggs in the 12h00 to 18h00 time frame. It seems to be working for me, maybe it will also work for you in terms of preventing cancer in the future. I pray to God the Father in the name of Jesus Christ that you will not get cancer. Amen. That is absolutely awesome friend!! I do make single meals for myself. So two reasons: 1. I have restrictions like high fodmap foods (because of my ibs) which I am still learning about and trying to weed out the foods causing me the most issues. 2. I weight train so I watch my macro nutrient intake (fat, Carbs and protein and Calories too). Im also on a shred (fat loss) for an upcoming cruise in August So my calories are lower. I absolutely love making and freezing meals ahead it makes my life so much easier with everything going on in our household daily. Even if its not too busy I'll have already prepared, packed meals that I just need to throw in the crockpot, instant pot, oven, stove top or grill freeing up more of my time and brain lol I created 2 High Protein Meal Prep videos on our channel for my prepared meals.

    No I don't, im sorry. I do know after this excursion they drop you off before this town and you have to walk here and make your way back to the ship on foot. It's on the left side of the road.
