    Thanks king! Gotta do this on my 2012 Avenger tomorrow (front right), good use of my 4th of July 😂 But nothing goes better together than car maintenance and a cold brew on a holiday!

    The plastic panel on the bottom of my drivers door is separating from the metal . Is there any adhesive I can use to reattach the panel or is it a clip ?

    I have the same type of car, but when jacking it up at the pinch welds it jacks the front and rear up. Any idea how to stop this so that I only jack the front up?

    Thank you. Lol I have been doing a lot of them lately .I usually post the parts on marketplace or in the Ford groups on FB. This front end setup sold already. Those parts usually sell pretty quick. Thanks for watching my videos!!

  • @RadFabz
    @RadFabz24 күн бұрын

    The ride quality is the same. It wasn't bad to start with.. I installed these because my axle was hitting the frame when I tried to tow my other truck to shows. It helped out a lot. I run about 30-45 psi when towing and it doesn't squat anymore. Thanks for watching my video!

    All but one video shows Axle just popping out of wheel hub 😂😂😂. If you live in a snow state and that car is old be prepared to do some heating , soaking, cursing and beating ( not in that order) . Just tried my daughters 09 Milan and that fcker would not budge for anything so we are going to junk it. Have too much time and money into to throwing more time and money into it. If you live in a state that salts roads during the winter, plan getting a new hub as a plan B if you are not paying s1 else to do it.

    I've recently noticed similar vibrations in my 14 plate. 137k miles. I took off my mount this morning to check it and it's wobbly like yours. I was wondering if it's supposed to be super rigid like the new one you demonstrated. So I've just ordered a new one for the engine and also transmission. £90 for both. All the best to you sir.

    That "ledge" on the caliper end of the hose is to catch the flat on the caliper so that the hose doesn't rotate? Did you correct that?

    It's a shame that old bumpside has so much rust. It's a nice looking pickup until you get close enough to see how bad it really is. With that chassis in the shape it is there's no point in replacing sheetmetal. It's just a matter of time before more springs break and the body mounts give way. Not hating on it. I'm a bumpside fan. I own 4 and have been building and restoring them for 30 + years. What a shame. It either sat in tall grass for many years or its lived for some years where they salt roads. Looking underneath in the video , it's clear the bed and cab floors and mounts etc are too far gone to bother trying to replace considering the chassis corrosion is so extensive. Love and drive it. Just don't pressure wash it any further or your going to be wishing you didn't. But it doesn't matter because the damage is done. Hope it's not as bad as it looks in the video but unfortunately it's likely worse. But if you got it cheap enough , you got some nice parts if nothing else. And they are getting ridiculous price wise
