The steaks look delicious! I’m glad you are back! One question….why did you spray the grill with oil and cider vinegar? We cook outside daily from May-September/October! It’s so hot that we don’t want to heat the kitchen! Southeast New Mexico is one hot and place! Hopefully, this year it will be a bit cooler, but I’m not counting on it! Anyway…I’m glad you are back and that Jo is feeling better! Thanks for the tips!😀
I spray the grill because it 1) helps keep the grill in good shape, like seasoning a black iron pan, and 2) because it helps prevent sticking!

Gotta say the cornmeal is a nice twist I’d never have considered before. Like your mom and granny, I always used a bit of cracker or panko crumbs for that nice crunch! Great video! Love you! Xoxo, Aunt Starla 🥰

Me and your granny used cubed steak so we could skip the tenderizing lol. And we😮 would crumble crackers into the flour. Gave it a nice crunch and a little saltier 😊

Yes I bet it’s hard to keep vlogging when you have a job. Your steak sounds good, even though I don’t care for steak. I mainly eat fish. Salmon and haddock, yum.
