  Are you sure you did not tip stall the plane? Ad that wing separation happened on impact? With a tip stall you feel like you do not have control.

  possible...but from the video the plane appears to be flying reasonably fast (?) before it goes into its dive.

  definitely not a tip stall especially at the speed it was flying. I have flown mine at a relative crawl before it gave any indication of a tip stall. I think his assessment of the crash is most likely correct with the wing joint separation. I nearly flew mine with one of the wing locking pins not seated correctly. Glad I picked that up before flight! I now double and triple check them every time.
