My balls hurts when I lift like that 😅
Bollocks.
But we lift it by hand
They debunked this with the latest science, and found that those who lifted with their legs were more likely to be injured. Keep up with science y'all
sus
bro it's lok like 😳
the core strength required is not there. my back shall perish for it
Pick up 100lbs the right way, no problem Pick up a feather the wrong way, you can be in pain for months
This must be that AI thing everyone talking about
That’s exactly what happened to me, i carried a heavy basket and now I have tailbone pain. And sometimes the pain is horrible specially when I was giving birth of my two kids.
Its okay to round your back while lifting your spinal erectors grow.
What about deadlifts
This actually just helped me so much lmao good looks
Intrusive thoughts kicked in 🤔😅🤣😂
that model is adorable
How do you save your knees in all of this
"Should you lift items with your arms or legs?" "Twerk"
Que invento más hermosa
also wenn ich mich so runter knie, um was zu heben ist das soooo anstrengend und tut in den knien weh
If someone's giant hand were grabbing my coccyx bone I would have proper lifting form too. 😂😂😂😂😂
why oh my is this so freaking funny to keep watching this😂😂
Instead of saying just simply don't pick things up like this say work on legs because you need your legs to be strong in order to lift like that most people don't have strong enough legs so they lift with their back muscles which are significantly stronger...... If you don't want people to lift like that tell them to work on legs...
Not great if you have dodgy knees
More like ouch on the knees. Less harse on the back, but more harsh on knees.
Squat
Strong back. Weak mind. Lift with your back. Not your legs. Makes it stronger.
arched its back 💀
Bro who made that needs to learn what a deadlift is.
False
Rule #1 in lifting something heavy is to get someone else to do it.
That makes it so visual :O
Where was this 10 years ago 😂😂😂😂
All I can think of is the Home Depot employee loading concrete 😂
What about when the object you're lifting is too large to fit between your legs like that?
What is up with the rubics cube🤔
Use legs not back!
🤮🤮💝
so like im 18 and do lift with my legs as i was taught in my ICT not to lift with my back and also dont want to do my back in by the age of 23
Its even easier picking it up the right way. People really should start changing the way they pick heavy objects up if ylthey do it the second way. Save your back people!
Why is that bad? With consistency, Ives seen so many ppl grow all types of back muscles from just liftin shi in general
How can you develop back muscles
Back or knees. You can only pick one.
ouch.. ouch... I broke my backbone... 😵🤕😭
best most informative video I think I've ever seen but I would say if you don't have the maybe leg strength or whatever to get in that position what does that mean?? does it mean you're not able to pick up at all? I certainly couldn't keep my feet flat on the ground I fell over as did most of the people in my manual handling class.. they still passed us all and told me to go to the gym I'm young and fit and healthy but I couldn't keep my feet on the ground and I do have a delicate neck
