    That’s exactly what happened to me, i carried a heavy basket and now I have tailbone pain. And sometimes the pain is horrible specially when I was giving birth of my two kids.

    Instead of saying just simply don't pick things up like this say work on legs because you need your legs to be strong in order to lift like that most people don't have strong enough legs so they lift with their back muscles which are significantly stronger...... If you don't want people to lift like that tell them to work on legs...

    best most informative video I think I've ever seen but I would say if you don't have the maybe leg strength or whatever to get in that position what does that mean?? does it mean you're not able to pick up at all? I certainly couldn't keep my feet flat on the ground I fell over as did most of the people in my manual handling class.. they still passed us all and told me to go to the gym I'm young and fit and healthy but I couldn't keep my feet on the ground and I do have a delicate neck
