I got to spend the day with him in 2012, one of the kindest and most gracious hosts I have ever had, truly an honor to meet him. He extended the time that we had with him (my date and I) bought us drinks a plenty, talked about the old days and showed us what his then current job was with the club. One of the greatest days of my life, Rest in Peace Dwight. A Prince and a Gentleman...

I wonder if there will ever be an operation warp speed for the dreadful disease named after a baseball player in the 30s last century. To my knowledge they haven’t made one single forward stride towards a cure. Tell me some more about Covid. That’s the real menace, isn’t it?

He saw more rubber than a dead skunk on the trans Canadian highway…. What year were they called the Elephants graveyard, when they had Iafrate and a bunch of other older players, was it 94, 95, 96?

They don't let steroid users in and he admitted to doing it, but either way he was an amazing player. Personally I say let the players take steroids, it's way more entertaining

Ray and I played a lot of basketball while in grade school at Metzler Elementary, and his father coached our flag-football team one year. His skills were exceptional at an early age in his life. Congrats to him (and to Kurt who's now coaching BB at Kansas).
