  This is a repower kit that M&W made they used the cat motor for the repower. From what we understand M&W produced about 50 of there kits. Who know how many exist anymore we have heard of a couple of them

  My dad had 60 when he was younger on the farm, with a wide front. He said he loved the tractor with a 801 three point.
