Just purchased our Riverstone 39 RKFB and started looking around social media for information. Nice to see some of the great things and information as I get used to ours. Trying to get a tech out to look at my ice maker water line as it appears to be leaking.
Love the video but the map in the center of the screen is very distracting.
As a very soon prospective buyer this model is now OFF my list with the new “cheaper” upgrades and loss of the classic items that WAS riverstone, all with a HUGE price increase…. Thanks for the video it saved me time and now can move to the next on the list 🤠
Maybe you should consider a 2024 model...
Captions are distracting. I don't need captions. If I did, I could just click the "captions" button included with YT. If anyone ever does a video of this floorplan with the rear door open and demonstrates the bed, they're gonna get a lot of views. I don't think I've ever seen it.
Sorry to hear that, captions are a debate everytime we make a video. I'm leaning your way on this. Great idea on the gargae/bed area, we own a 2024 42 FSKG and can do this in a future video.
@@FullHookups I'd watch more of your videos without them. I really like these with the front kitchen, but might end up with a GD 376THS just due to cost. They seem to be much cheaper in the pre-owned market. I've just noticed I haven't seen a single video of anyone demonstrating the small garage on either of these units.
Gross colors on the furniture, brown is so old school, I was excited when you said they were going to be making some changes but I don't think I like these new changes.
People are certainly mixed on these
I wish y’all would have taken the wide angle lens off and show the regular view. Every thing looked so magnified. Nice 5th wheel! Blessings and Peace ✝️❤️
Its a little tough in tight areas, we try...
I wish y’all made one that was smaller.
Supposedly they are working on a 34-35 FT Proto to debut this fall...
Agreed
They are working on it for 2025
I could be reading too much into it. But it looks like Brinkley is driving changes throughout the industry, and I like it. Fabric on furniture Dovetail Joints Cooper Tires Angles and lights on front cap Waterfall solid surface counter top Flooring on slides One piece fiberglass shower Now if only the copper plumbing would be copied by more companies. They’re upping the ante too with azdel instead of luan, made in USA furniture, and heated water bay. Just an observation, good to see quality improvements in the industry regardless of reason.
yes we agree
I am glad to see this Q&A, not happy with some of the responses but at least they showed up and tried to answer. I think if Riverstone wants to really bring their group together maybe they should sponsor something like this in areas of the US/Canada. They may learn a lot and the owners as well. Should make it a event that maybe techs from Riverstone can be there to try to address and or fix the problems. That would win the hearts and minds. But I have heard a lot in this rally and a you tube event (maybe the same one) about upcoming changes. They seem to be focused on saving the company more money (share holders earn more) or adding items that gives them more return, not so much on value to the buyer. The prices are not going down despite the the lower material costs now, and the elimination of options, or unable to option out items someone does not want. I have heard for example if you do not want a dishwasher you maybe able to eliminate it but no credit? Soon you will not be able to "build a unit" only here it is, take it or leave it. Car manufactures are also doing this. I suppose they save a lot money not offering options but the price should be adjusted for the savings. The old saying, lots of excuses to raise prices, none to reduce them... I do believe Riverstone is one of the better built units, I was sold on them a few years ago when they were affordable but they have eliminated options, floor plans I liked and made other changes that reduced cargo space to give more ceiling height. The builds now are over $50,000 over my first built quotes in 2019 and 2020. I am waiting to see where they go. Please update your factory tour video's. Thanks.
This was a private event that Bills Happy camper hosted and Nick from Riverstone made an appearance.
Some of these things are the reason we passed on the Riverstone, but we'll be taking a look again with the 2025 changes. In particular, the one piece fiberglass shower, and no more Infinity light ❤❤❤ Waterfall island? So not a fan. Really hope this will be an option. Nothing was said about it, but I REALLY hope there are no plans to use those ridiculous bowl sinks in the bathrooms. Seems like more and more manufacturers are using them and they are a total deal breaker for us.
I will cover all the 2025 models at the Hershey show exslusivly and will posts videos for each.
I thought you were going to show the campground so far all I'm saying in the first I don't know 10 minutes is a dude on a bike and grass and pavement.
This is a 360-degree VR video, allowing you to look around by dragging the screen. I ride through every campsite to show each spot, which is helpful when booking a trip. You can check for trees, obstacles, hookup situations, paved sites, and more.
I am not sold on the new paint scheme’s. They are very generic. If I am going to pay $10,000 on full body paint I don’t want strait lines.
Great Point
We did purchase a 2024 39rfkb, and we are so glad we did. It seems as though the quality of 2025 models are going down due to cost savings. Paint scheme, tires, furniture, and shower are all cost savings. Just my opinion. But thank you for sharing. im sure a lot of customers will like the 2025.
We also have a 2024, 42 FSKG and we do love it. I do wish we had the upgraded solar package, battery, inverter and the new roof.
Isn't this made by forest river 😂
Yes, the Riverstones represent their highest quality line.
I love this model but i dont like the color of the front living furniture!! And with the fridge i would switch it out for a model with ice and water in the door
Cant argue with you there...lol
I agree on the tires, watched the series JD from BTBRV did and I’m sold on buying a 39RKFB just waiting on the 25 model. Would be great to also offer a grey base and blue and white stripes, less white is always better.
Agreed, we have a 2024, 42 FSKG whith the grey and we had a 23 that was white, Grey is better in our oprion.
Do you make a 38 foot or smaller I would love to buy one but they are to large for me.i love everything you are doing and the quality shows. Love, love, love. Please consider making one under 38 feet. Thank you
Rumor they are currently working on a 34-35' floorplan.
SHHHHH they are.....
Shhhhhhh...... they are!
Is the frame built by Lippert ? Is it strong enough to be towed all over the US 100,000 miles ?
Yes the frame hasnt changed
Was really hoping for a darker paint scheme with a black base. Can't wait to see the Hershey RV videos this fall
We will be there and capturing all the models, please subscribe!!!
It sickens me that they are offering crap in place of quality as a “better” option and doubling the price from just a few years ago.
The price hasnt really changed. The fiberglass roof, 3" thick walls, no vinyl wrapped wood, etc. We live in a 2024 42 FSKG and its quality. The kitchen is like a residential home. Sorry you feel this way.
Shout out to Bill's!
The Best!!!
This must be at least 240k
150ish
That fabric/color change seems right out of the Brinkley design book.
I felt the same way, everybody is watching Brinkley
So if I had a question about RiverStone, does anyone know who I would send an email to Nick or someone who would able to answer this question? Does anyone know why they choose the tank sizes they used and didn’t make the water tank bigger than it currently is?
NIck would likly know that but I dont have an email for him.
The one-piece fiberglass shower with integrated seat is a deal-killer for us. We loved Riverstone’s unique showers with folding seat in 2024 and earlier. Sadly this is a horrible change for 2025. Also not crazy about getting rid of the maple honey cabinets (a beautiful color) and only 1 choice for flooring. These changes seem like several steps backward.
Definitely not as aesthetically pleasing as their current offering but it is more bulletproof with less opportunity to have any leaks in a key area of your trailer.
We have a 42 FSKG 2024 and we love that bathroom too. Not sure how I feel about not having the teak seat until I actually see one.
can you still walk up the roof
Yes sir!
How do you do a presentation like this without having samples of these changes and possibly a video presentation that shows the proto-types so those in attendance can actually see what these changes would look like??? This seems like such a basic customer service thing to provide for those who may be interested in the product.
💯👍
This was a private event and Nick from Riverstone flew in to attend and decided to give us the inside scoop.
Thanks! Some good updates, some "eh". Not a big fan of the new paint scheme, I like those distinctive swishes/swoops :)
Seems that the industry is looking at the Brinkleys for inspiration
Good 360 Virtual tour what I did went to their web site and printed out the map so I could see where my site was with your tour. Thank You
Perfect!!!!
Thanks for recording Nicks Q&A. We unfortunately could not make the rally this year.
Sorry you missed it!
Yes, this is for Bill's Happy Camper's customers
Correct!
Thanks for sharing this! Good stuff.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Thanks for posting this video. A lot of important questions asked that seem to have a lot of due-outs. As Troy asked, are these rally’s only for customers of Bills Happy Camper?
Yes and yes Bill started this last year for all his riverstone customers. Its a great 3 day event.
Is the rally only for people who purchased from Bill's?
Yes, Bill started this last year for all his riverstone customers. Its a great 3 day event.
What is going on with this video 😮
Not sure what that means?
Is there storage under the bed if you lift up the mattress or just the space in the middle where you have that box?
Im not sure, reach out to Jordan or Billy at Bill's Happy Camper Phone: (570) 726-7400.
Why no dinette in this model seems perfect otherwise thanks!
Great point, not sure why
I'd like to see one of these where the washer and dryer are in the bathroom instead of the bedroom. Hate when its in the bedroom.
Me too!
Alpine 3790fk
Excellent kitchen layout. Loving the sink under a window.
Us too!
I think this one is near perfect. I can't stand all the white tho. I do wish there was a slide in the master. Just to give it a bit more room. Night stand would be a plus also. Neither are deal breakers except all the white!
There is a slide in the Master where the wardrobe is. We put slide out drawers in our cabnets that we use for nightstands, works great!
Nice unit. For me the kitchen is too big. I understand some love the front kitchen, maybe just the full timers. I think it is about priorities. Comfortable usable living room and dining table or massive kitchen that may get used twice a day. Flip the livingroom up to the front as in other models, kitchen in the middle with a 1/2 bath/laundry, as in other models, full master bath across the rear, as before and master bedroom. All the while keeping the triple axles and storage. That is for me what would sell me. I like Riverstone but they still fall short in these areas where other manufacturers have accomplished what I think is a better floor plan. They just do not have the overall quality. Even the living room in the rear could work if they would keep the outside storage underneath. Thanks for your work.
To each his own, we love the front kitchen in our 42 FSKG
Where are they located???? Hell I was charged $400 for delivery and it was only an hour and 30min Drive to destination WTH😳🥺
MIll HAll PA, well worth the trip
Slide toppers are standard on all Riverstone Legacy products. I have never heard of a dealer not filling propane as a standard feature.
Youd be surpised the stories we hear.
I really like this model. Didn't think I would ever want a front kitchen, but this is nice all the way through. What kind of price range for this model are we looking at. We currently have a DRV.
We have a 2024 42fskg was approximately 156k loaded. I'd reach out to Bill's and see what they have to offer. They definitely will give you a fair trade-in.
Just got one to toe with my X3! 4,400 capacity with the tow package!
Awesome, share your feedback!
Lose the music!
Oh wow THX Very Much Appriciated please share!
Are you referring to the beginning? I have since changed that.
The only complaint on the beautiful unit is breaking my toes trying to use the kitchen sink.😮
How so?
The Trail Air pin box is standard on those rig’s. We had one on our 2022 . We have the Gen-Y gooseneck now.
Thanks for the feedback... noted!
Video mark 9:31 = When she opens the cabinet door you can see the hardwood raised panel insert. The late 2020 and early 2021 models were the last to get the raised hardwood panels. They were replaced with cheap thin plywood panels. The hardwood raised panel inserts have been brought back in 2024, but reversed. The raised feature is on the back of the door. This enables the door to have the "shaker" look while retaining the high quality look and feel of an all hardwood door. Also gone is the cheap looking blotchy cabinet staining on the Juno colored models with the thin plywood inserts. It was a failed attempt at achieving the "burnished" or "aged" look. The maple honey stain color is a great contrast against the new "brick" colored furinture.
Thanks for all your input!
The booth crammed next to the sofa. The booth is a no.
I believe you have options
