Hi , thank you for your video. I’m moving to WPB in August and I’m about to sign the lease. It’s an apartment building near o’sheas Irish pub and was wondering you lived in that area or know how noisy it is? Most importantly how noisy is the train?
Thank you for watching! If you are on Clematis St it will most likely be noisy - especially during the weekends, the bars are open late and there’s always people out. I believe O’sheas is open until 4am! If it’s newer construction I don’t think you will hear the brightline too much, but I honestly haven’t lived there so I can’t tell you from experience. Have you checked the reviews for the community? Those can help as it’s the opinion of people that have actually lived there. Best of luck 🤞🏼
What!! do Americans pay $1,600 a month on groceries??? what makes it so expensive? I'm Dutch and interested to buy a house in Florida for vacations, but I didn't see that coming! We pay like €400,- a month for a whole family (yes.. it's healthy food)
It’s pretty crazy! I believe some of the reasons of the higher prices here is that in the US, the government subsidizes mostly big farm production… In Europe there is more competition with retail food sales so producers tend to keep prices lower, also you probably eat what is produced locally (no shipping) & by small farmers, what is seasonal and in local markets! Not usually the case here..

As bad as it is, remember Florida has one of the better job markets. There are places that have a terrible job market and are almost as expensive.

Why is food so expensive in Florida? It's like its on an island and all the things have to be shipped in. Must be the lobster dinners.

"a normal person who watches tv" ... I'm an old fogie and I don't watch tv, just things on the internet. Do kids these days even know what tv is? With a roku or similar and internet, with zillions of shows, how would anyone have time to watch even a fraction of them, let alone any tv shows. I think most people spend time scrolling though things like instagram instead of even watching shows. Nice video. Thanks.

I think statistics still suggests that an average American spends some copious amounts of time next to TV, but I guess you're right that it just shifted to different platforms like KZread.

I prefer Hallandale beach Florida more it’s a beautiful city with beautiful beaches and restaurants and lounges and bars, clubs growing businesses and communities, or even Hollywood beach is more appealing.

I typed in Delray Beach on KZread I saw one or two videos about shooting, but they happened YEARS ago. This alone tells me Delray Beach is better than Hallandale Beach. All it took was a simple search and I go a simple answer.

People definitely make comments about how young I look or ask about my age, but I think the best way to counter being young is really learning your market/field and being professional. If you know what you are talking about, I think being young is only an advantage! And if people ever discriminate you because of it, those are not people you would even want to choose to work with! The right people won't do that🥰
