Good review Mate. There’s a lot of reviews around for these things, and they’re getting some good reviews across the board. It’s a good point you make in that this is not a $2000 scope, so don’t expect $2000 performance, but I would suggest it would be suitable to most sporting shooters/hunters. May I suggest giving the bright green reticle a go? I find the red seems to “wash out” a bit, but the bright green stays visible in all backgrounds, in both day and night modes. Anyway, I subbed. Great observation! You'd need a high chair for sure but the benefit to having a big blind is so you don't have to shoot sitting down? Guess it depends on how you're using it

OK, I watch your video several times just in certain areas so I get the right order to put it in now. I’m confused on the size. You definitely need a quarter inch eyebolt and a quarter inch wingnut makes it easier to tighten to the camera. And for the eyeball that you screw into the tree is how long and is it a 3/8 I’m kind of confused and the bolt is 3/8 slides on that’s only 1 inch and also use a wingnut.

@@scottjkern it can be however long you'd like. I make several different sizes depending on the tree. But you only need a 1/4 20 bolt that screws into the camera. Everything else you can make how you'd like

The PT, the PT Go Plus and Keen all have a known charger port issue that shows up a month or two after the warranty expires. Too bad all three cameras are good. They need to fix this issue.

I do believe you can set certain record times so you should be able to disable during the night hours. I can't check for you because mine doesn't work anymore. I didn't have it hung right and it filled up with water 🤦

Any time you start to see little strands of string starting to separate from the string is when you should apply wax. Just enough to make the stands all come together. Take your fingers and rub the wax into the string

Good quality vids, although I see some quivering in each of the example clips you gave and those were from the SD Card, decent pics; but limited to 10 Sec clips so is a no go for many... too short of a clip to be really useful or to share...

I'd be ok with 10 second video clips if the cams worked longer than a week. I have 3 of these cams and only 1 even turns on. I don't even use the 3rd because it'll stop working after 1 or 2 weeks

Some real snafu going on in the programming or processing within it.. something is telling it to shut off to conserve or is just not functioning with the cell signal well enough that it may need that to stay working in auto.. sad but true. They are going to have to prove it works all the time on at least 5 different units in order to trust it.. I don't trust others saying it is working well for them all the time when you get multiple units from them and they are all failing the same way... odds are that is representative unless you are doing something extremely out of the ordinary.. but you appear to have experience and know what you are doing with these products/cameras... Thanks!

Guys, this isn't something youre gonna get overnight. Or overmonth for that matter. Keep a couple calls in your truck and PRACTICE every time you're driving. Dont get discouraged, nothing good happens fast. I have given up a few times over the years and I end up trying again and this year I really made some progress. I bought one of these things and cannot make any sound with it. The Primos guys explain it like you're supposed to put the tip that you say flips down on the back of your tongue is supposed to be pointing upwards towards the roof of your mouth, but this would make the call completely vertical, and you seem to put it in horizontal (parallel) with your tongue. You're making great sounds, so I'm going to do it your way

I'm so excited to go for my first time ever! My daughter talked me into giving it a try. I have 8 days until my turkey season starts. I had to pick a later season date due to hand surgery. Most everyone I know has already filled there tags. I'm behind the 8-Ball but I found the birds, half the battle has been won.
